Why wasn't "Moon Over The Castle" used for the opening of GT6?

Moon Over The Castle has been a vital part of the Gran Turismo franchise over the years... I'm surprised it was left out from GT6's opening!

I wish it was. I know SONY localizes everything and has some popular group do the song, and we got the excellent Daiki Kasho track here in America. But I'd love for Moon Over The Castle to be an option, maybe all versions of them. I know that would require the Japanese intro, but that's great as far as I'm concerned. Maybe it could be unlocked, but whatever, it really should be an option in GT7.

Daiki Kasho's music fits GT as a whole a lot better, IMHO. Makes it more fresh than using a different variant of the same song over and over.

It's like saying why Mario doesn't keep the Mario Bros. Overworld theme in every game's title screen, really, if you get my drift.

Not that I mind "MOtC," though. Its still a good song, just that Daiki fits better.

While SONY might, possibly, make MOTC the standard theme across all regions for GT7, I bet they continue selecting region "friendly" opening tracks. This is why I want to see it as an option.
