Will I be able to use my GT 5 cars in GT 6 or do I start over?

No one knows yet. But I'm guessing that we're probably going to start the same way we did previous GT's.

I think there is a thread for this, but I can't find it at the moment.

I have been thinking about this one, such in gt3 to gt4. but if we have allowed to transfer the save data, it was making this game to easy to playing. honestly, I hope it won't be happen

Looks like you'll have to start over. However, don't exactly take this as bad news. I take GTs as new experiences to begin with. I'm used to starting over fresh with Gran Turismo. If you feel sad about having to start over, don't be. Gran Turismo 6 is going to be a new experience even if a host of people look at GT6 as a heavily modified GT5. So go into GT6 with new determination and focus. Be strong and go for the win!

maybe the guys that have completed the gt academy 2013 on the ps3!
they maybe get a car for free but nothing from gt5.

This kind of thing isn't unheard of in a GT game. You could import money from GT3 into 4, and licenses from prologue into 4 I believe. Not sure about cars though...

I do understand that people would like to be able to import cars and money like we used to. On the other hand, it gives me a good feeling to not be able to do so. First, I love to start all over again, it's that fresh feeling each time that gives me chills with every Gran Turismo, slowly discovering the game as you go.

More importantly, I don't think such a feature would be difficult to implement, heck even GTPSP cars could be imported to GT5, and that was a whole other system! This leads me to believe that the game, and the cars, especially the standards, have been reworked up to such a degree in that they're not interchangable anymore. I might be wrong, but that's just a gut feeling. A good gut feeling, might I add.

This has been discussed many times before.

You'll won't be able to transfer any data from GT5 to GT6.
Becouse the GT5 data was "compramized" (hacked)

They don't need to import your exact car from GT5>6, they would only need to recognize which cars you have in your garage (Honda S2000 03') for example, and then drop the new version into your new garage, probably in stock condition.

That was the stated reason but it's bogus IMO. As I said above, you don't have to transfer any data directly from GT5>6, just a program that reads what's in your garage in GT5 and recreates it in GT6. No data from 5 has to go to 6 for this to work.

You could import the first 2 licenses and up to 100k of credits from GT3 to GT4, No big deal really

We already know that PD will implement micro-transactions in GT6: you will have the opportunity to buy credits with real money.

From a business point of view , it is much better for PD if you import nothing from GT5: they prefer to sell 20 millions credits to a gamer than to transfer his gt5 wallet...

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say PD understands that without having to earn cars again, GT6 wouldn't present itself as different enough to GT5 or at least as full of a game.

They need to keep people playing for a bit of time while they finish updating the game (bugs, Course Maker, etc.) and of course hold us there long enough to present us with DLC. Not to mention (and I'd wager the biggest reason), if players could transfer their garage, then there would be far fewer buying in-game credits (500,000 - 7,000,000) with real world cash.

 I love when I come back to a thread without refreshing, and someone has already posted the point I was thinking about.

I think that's enough discussion on this duplicate topic.
