Will there be actual new DLC cars in the future?

IMO, it's a ripoff seeing how all the DLC cars are just modified versions of existing cars in the game.. It would be really cool if they upgraded standard versions of cars into premium ones.. I would happily pay for that. And also add new cars we've never seen before. I have some suggestions for cars which I hope at least one of them will be in the game, or be upgraded into a premium version.
