I am currently running this setup on my computer. I just wanted to know if there are any setbacks to running like this, or if its fine. I haven't encountered any problems that would relate to the drive being fat32 yet...
FAT32 does not have the security and reliability features that NTFS does. If you want to multiboot with older versions of Windows, keep it. If not, convert to NTFS.
