win32k.sys?

I have WinXP Pro installed and the only time it crashes is when there is an error with "win32k.sys". Can someone explain what this is? Is there a fix?

lol, I might believe you if you're running 2000/NT! This error seems to come out of the blue. I use to get it when I'm playing graphic intensive games, mostly Flight Simulator 2002. But, a quick reinstall of my graphic drivers fixed that. Now I only get it when I'm just in windows.
