Winning cars back?

I feel really stupid asking this, but I haven't tried it yet because I've been busy finishing the game.  My question is - Can you win back cars you have already sold by running the series or race over again?.  If so, can someone tell me the best way to do this?

CAn you if it is a non-series  series(does that make sense, like the MR, FF or 4wd series?)

In the last endurance race i won the corvette c5r two differnt times...

You can win an infinite number of cars from the enurance races and the series races.  But the ones where it is three separate races you can only win once.
