I have a Logitech m325 wireless mouse, and I seem to be having issues with interference from something. I also have a Logitech wireless keyboard, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Anyone know any tricks to get it to stop? Doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it skips around and it gets quite annoying, especially when I'm trying to work on a photoshop project.

When did this problem start occurring? When did you set up your wireless mouse and/or keyboard? Do you have any other wireless devices nearby such as cordless phones, wireless speakers, and whatnot? Is the surface you're using the mouse on different in any way it used to be? Have you tried using it on a different surface?

I had a look on Forums.Logitech, and it seems like people experience the common problem that the mouse will stop functioning after some use.

In my experience, a wireless mouse can get jittery for some really weird reasons. I don't know what the prime cause is though (if it isn't interference).

Started pretty much right away. Only other wireless thing is the keyboard. It's on a hard surface using a mouse pad, doesn't get much better than that.
How far is the dongle from the mouse? Or reciever usb thing
3 feet?

Most have power-management features, so they power down if you're not using them for a while. Powering back up then takes a small amount of time. On top of that, they all operate in the already crowded 2.4 GHz space. And last, but certainly not least, the Logitech dongle setup is not very notable for its range, and that's putting it mildly. Just Google the forums. But 3 feet should not be an issue.

@R1600Turbo : did you try moving the dongle to a different USB port, e.g. one in front instead of the back (if not already on front) or a different one? Do you have any other 2.4GHz devices connected in adjacent ports that could disturb the dongle (e.g. WiFi, Bluetooth)?

Tried front and back. No other devices. I read an article that talked about a tv interfering with the signal, but it doesn't do it all the time so not sure that's it.

It is not the TV itself, but rather metal. If you use a table that is framed with metal, or uses a metal top, swap it out with one made of wood. Metal does interfere with Bluetooth signals, but how badly depends on how much metal is between the mouse and the receiver. I suffer through the issue frequently with my keyboard, and short of getting a USB keyboard that has a long reach, there is basically nothing I can do about it.

Buy a USB extension cable and plug the receiver in there. I had interference with my wireless logitech K400R even though my couch is only 2 meters away. Did some googling and a 1 euro cable solved that problem. The cable doesn't have to be long and it works like a charm ;)

Tried that, it's worked 99% so far. It's on the end of a 3 foot cable.

Try taking the batteries out of the mouse and hold down all the buttons on the mouse for 30 seconds. Gets rid of the static build-up from the circutry.
