How do you know which cars qulify for Works convesion? I have several that say they qualify, but I cannot buy it.

You need to purchase every upgrade part before you can Works Convert, and you'll know because it'll have a wrench icon when you go to select (or buy) the vehicle.

I think it's a wrench, I'll check and make sure.

I believe its a W, or it is in the UK version anyway

It is indeed a W. I don't know where I got the wrench thing from.
