This will end with the RX-7 monstering everything else... Always does...

Maybe increasing the level to GT (not GT500) cars as these are much closer in competition. Just my 2 pence.

That is the exact reason for the weight regulation :)

Okay then boss, so in testing did all the cars come out the same?

But car regulations are still subject for change. I have been testing for the most of the evening, and right now it looks like a slight regulation change on the Lexus, and a rather big one on the Subaru.

Just did Test #2 were i ended up changing regulations on the cars a bit.
Flying lap on Indianapolis.
Racing Medium, similar downforce, suspension, gearing and drivetrain (Except Subaru as it's a 4WD)
Mazda, Garayia and Lexus were driven with 305 bhp.
Lexus were driven with only 1150 kg
Subaru were driven with 315 bhp and only 1100 kg
Garayia: 1:34.770
RX-7: 1:34.878
Lexus: 1:35.043
Subaru: 1:34.970
Take small driving errors into consideration and the times would be almost the same.

Acceleration capabilities
0-100 km/h:
Garayia: 3.929 sec.
RX-7: 4.262 sec.
Lexus: 4,112 sec.
Subaru: 3.84 sec.

1/4 mile
Garayia: 12.197 sec.
RX-7: 12.515 sec.
Lexus: 12.432 sec.
Subaru: 12.238 sec.

Topspeed:
Garayia: 259.2 km/h
RX-7: 269.5 km/h
Lexus: 252.2 km/h*
Subaru: 259.0 km/h

Please note that none of these test were fine tuned and therefore the values might not be a 100% accurate. The gearings had very different effects on the cars. Eg. The Mazda got a very high topspeed but bad acceleration, while the Lexus got a low topspeed as it struggled to get up in the 6th gear. These effects can be sorted out with some knowledge about setups.

So the final car regulations will be:
Garayia and RX7: 1180 kg, 305 bhp
Lexus: 1150 kg, 305 bhp
Subaru: 1100 kg, 315 bhp

Right then, I'll put myself down for the ARTA team. I may bring a friend as we've tested this car a lot but under different regs.

The series will be changed to a 2-speed series. So max 2 cars per team in the GT300.
GT500 cars and regulations will be determined on sunday.
