So recently I've been racing a lot of older cars in GT and it gave me an idea for a book to write. It would be a novel about a fictional world racing series that takes place in the 1960's and 70's era. I'm not sure whether I should go first person or third person writing style but it would be very much in depth of the racing parts. Being that it'll be in the 60's and 70's there will be some gory crashes and it would also partly encompass the drivers' relationships. I've been thinking about titles already and even though it's also the title of a song from Scarface, Push it to the Limit seems very appropriate. Anyway, I'm just curious what you guys would think of something like that seeing as we're generally racing fans/participants on here. I haven't really thought about any character names so leave a few suggestions if you like because I'd be glad to take them.
I may post little bits as I make progress just to see what you think as I go along.
