We're not sure on the Lights timeslot yet mate but the 7-9 would be best. I know it's traditionally yours and you think two series can survive together but I really think that hurts both events as participation will be split.

Any chance of doing your S3 earlier on a Sunday? You did say before that you were completely scrapping IROC etc. to give us the slot to ourselves..

I'm excited for Spa as I missed it last season which cost me the championship more or less, rain and heavy damage will be a bit scary, should be a great challenge.

Today actually reminded me a lot of a race I did at Spa in the 90s when I was about 10 or 11 years old playing Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix, full grand prix distance at Spa, I had the lead on the last lap and blew the engine coming out of the kink on the backstretch just before the bus stop chicane. Back then the start/finish was after La Source so it was basically game over. Of course this was against the computer, albeit on the hardest difficulty and with AI that even at nearly 20 years old still surpasses Gran Turismo's AI today...

We'll sort something 👍

Grand Prix 3 was epic..

Eau Rouge in these will be crazy. Also for Spa formation lap will include race starting AFTER La Source Hairpin onto the Sportscar start line.

Official Race Report & Result of the Monza 200 - 42 laps to be classified.:

Spurgy dominated to take Ferrari's first Monza win at Round 2 of the WSC. Ford pressured strongly but Spurgy dominated. C2 had a dramatic end as long time leader Frasier, almost a lap ahead of 2nd place C2 Matty, had a blown engine, and this led to him being demoted to 4th on countback. WSC goes to Spa next week, and whispers are that intermittent rainstorms may hit the Ardennes end of this week....

01 (C1) Spurgy / Ferrari / 56 laps.
02 (C1) R35-Skyline / Ford / -1 lap
03 (C1) SagarisMic / Ferrari / -1 lap
04 (C2) ChrisJohnson / Ford / -2 laps
05 (C1) Furinkazen / Ford / -4 laps
06 (C2) Matty / Dodge / -5 laps
07 (C2) DK / GT40 / -5 laps
08 (C2) FlyingFox / GT40 / -6 laps
09 (C2) FrasierCrane / GT40 / -6 laps, DNF
10 (C2) Ranhammer / Camaro / -13 laps
NC (C2) Akmuq / Dodge / -28 laps, DNF

C2 winning margin between Matty and DK was approx 30 seconds!

Fastest C1 lap: Spurgy 1:31.7, new lap record! (Old one, 1:32.0 Spurgy)
Fastest C2 lap: Frasier 1.40.7

~News ahead of next week~
Race classification distance required to be dialed back to 70% overall, of RACE WINNER only.

Tables upcoming.

Furi, if Goodwood and Nurburgring races are the same distance and same number of laps how do you expect 'Low 1 minute lap times' at Goodwood?

Currently fixing that 👍

And Furi, shouldn't Fraiser be in 3rd? Because Fox did 50 laps, and Fraiser did 50.5 before his DC :)

It's full completed laps that count, Frasier completed 50 as did Fox, but Fox was still running and so gains a place.

yes I saw that and figured that was the reason. Its fair, Fox was still running at the end and I wasn't. Still 5 races left to make up the lost points.

C2 points BTW are:

Frasier / DK 19 each
Matty 17.

So for sure, game on.

Not difficult by the way you were running, its almost like you where in a different race.

I don't suppose you'd care to share your set-up would you?

He means Mk 4s probably, and I'll have a look in a bit but I think R35 did a 1.33.7 and Furi and Chris did 1.34.1s

I have a few things to point out.

DK should not be first in the tables, Fraiser has won a race, DK has not.

I recall you saying fox was 3rd and Fraiser 4th.

That would mean me and Fraiser are equal and that would mean I either gain 2 points or he loses 2.

That is all.
