[WTB] Canon Macro or Telephoto lens

I'm looking for reasonably-priced used EF & EF-S lens. Also interested in other accessories that can fit a Canon XS.

So you're looking for EF-mount lenses of any brand? Or is it strictly Canon?

Thanks TB, yea I look around but everyone around me charges new prices for used lenses.

Omnis, I'm looking for any brand EF-S. I'll use sigma, tamron, canon or any other brand as long as it's an EF-S.

I was very patient and lucky when I came across that 55-200 on craigslist.

Note - if you're anything like me and you purchase a USM lens, be prepared to not buy standard again. I'm a bit concerned what will happen if and when I ever buy an IS USM.

Also, any reason you're only looking at EF-S when the entire EF line will also work with the XS?

That's a good point. I'll edit it to EF or EF-S. Can you obviously tell I'm a DSLR noob?
