XP Boot Problem

I cant boot up windows. Everytime I try to boot windows it gets to the boot screen then goes to a blue screen saying "Unmountable Boot Volume". What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I don't know what Unmountable Boot Volume means, but I'm starting to hate XP myself. I wish I had a Windows 2000 Professional CD....

Is there an error code displayed? It would look something like c000080 or something similar. If it does, try a search using that number.
