XP themes? Windowblinds skins?

Hey all I was wondering how you guys get your windows skins.
I installed windowblinds on my 2K PC and its nice, but I don't know where to get good skins.

Also is there a place where I can download proper windows XP skins, because it looks you can change what it looks like without the aid of 3rd party program.

Someone enlighten me!

These are themes that will work on XP without any other software?

The ones on themexp.org are ones that you have to have either StyleXP or patch a file in your system directory.

I highly recommend www.wincustomize.com also. They have tons of skins, most of them good.
