YEAAGGH(Endurance)

I'm trying to beat the trial mountain 30 lap race with a spoon s2000. I have $20000, and I'm on day 11. My goal is to get the subie 22b on day 23(is that it?) and go from there. So: how do I achieve this? How much is it, anyway? I tried trial mountain 3 times now.

I in first up until around lap 15, 16, 17, and then I spin out because of my tires.

Please help me! I don't care if I race french tahiti 10 times.

That's one of the best Enduro's :lol:

If you spin half way, then keep going, you have plenty of time. But a recomended car is an Impreza, I lapped the last place guy.

it's only like $50,000. you could just sell the Spoon S2000; it's not even as fast as the Honda S2000. i only kept it because it's monstrously cool.

it's either day 23 or 26.

The thing is, I've tried to keep going. Then, lap 23, I spin again, and I'm 30 seconds back.

Should I just do tahiti lots of times to get 50 k and the subie?

Pit in on lap 15, If you are driving well you should be way out front by lap 15.You should still be way out front by the time you come out of the pits.

No, I didn't pit at all. On the 20th or 21st lap when I turned it off when I wiped out, my tires in front were yellow red and the rear were red. The 2nd place car is usually 2 or 3 seconds behind me.

Even with the "stock" Spoon S2000 you have at least 50 Hp on the rest of the feild. Practice at TM until you are running good consistent laps and just go for a "Sunday drive." The AI in GT2 is not very good. As long as the Vector doesn't show you should be able to kick the rest of those cars right to the curb.

But don't go back until you are ready, Grasshopper.

You dont pit at all???? :confused:

Thats what pit stops are for. Try to find a car that has 290 hp or so and pit every 10 laps. I ran this race with a Taurus SHO and won by 3 1/2 laps on the 2nd place car.

I got 1 lap on all the cars, and I didn't pit. When I ended, the tires were still leaving the green stage :lol:

How did you get the Spoon S2000? :confused:

If you won it on your own you should have the skillz neccesary to kick arse on the Trial Mtn enduro. :confused:

If you had enough cash to buy it off of a friend's mem card you should have the experience to win the Enduro.

lol gil has a point...it took me forever to get golds in the B liscence....and if you can't rape the competiton on the trial mtn enduro with a spoon s2000, makes me think you didn't actually acheive that spoon s2000 yourself now did you :odd:

This enduro is quite easy. Pit for tires next time. Whether you wn the Spoon S2000 on your own or not doesn't matter, the AI is even worse in the enduros for some reason.

There's quite a lot of stock cars that can win the ~295hp race, try an RX-7 with a race tranny and you're set.

Heck, I've won it in a stock Neon with only Soft tires added.

Sorry guys, I've been away on vacation. Anyway, I did it.

Not the enduro race, but I won the last 80's cup race with my spoon s2000, and sold the skyline I won for 125000. Now I've got 2 suby 22bs, 2 datsun 240zs, the spoon s2000, and tons of mugen cars. I'm well on my way to going all the way. I've beaten all of the races on the first screen of the gt races.

Oh, and thank you very much, I got the s2000 all by myself.

Based on the last line of your post you should be able to beat the Trial Mtn enduro with ease. Don't forget to pit in, either on lap ten and twenty, or on Lap 15.
I've won this one in the Spoon S2000, The Prize Mazda RX-7, The Subie 22B, and the Little Tommy Kaira ZZ-III. I've been meaning to try the Lotus Europa sometime...

Not that anyone cares, but I'm progressing quite nicely. I've beaten about half of the special event races and just have the big gt races left in regular mode. So much money, so many cars.

Win the R30 Skyline Silhouette Formula (last 80's race) and take it to grand touring cup. Then go to the last race. Win there to get the Unisia Jecs Skyline, then you can win the allstar races with ease, and the turbo cup

Actually, selling the 80's race skyline is what I used to buy 2 22b subies and 2 240z datsuns. Now that I've beaten the red rock race and have a racing gt40, I just use that for quick money.
