What the heck do you have to do to get into the GTWC? Everytime I try to enter it it says you must first complete all beginner and professional events first...but i've already beat the beginner, professional, american, european, and japanese events, all races, all golds... SO what's goin on? I'm confused as to why I can't get into it....

This is not only the most commonly asked question in this section of the site, but also the most commonly asked question on the whole of GTPlanet. Would it have killed you to search the internet's largest Gran Turismo resource? Or post it in the correct forum for GT4, rather than in the one for GTPlanet gatherings?
The simple answer is that if you can't access the GTWC, you haven't completed all Beginner and Professional events. No bug, no glitch, no "But I have!". You haven't met the requirements. 100% of people, 100% of the time who have asked this have gone back and checked to find that there's a bronze-pretending-to-be-a-gold in one race, or they've forgotten to do a Series race, racing the event as individual races.
