440kp/h in my Veyron on Le Mans without chicane (no draft)
395kp/h Murci Chromline same course (thought I could do the 111m per second in the Lambo -_-)
These are my only Topspeed testings so far

PS I drove the Hunadiere-Straight reverse, because I could not full throttle the Curve after chicane number 3.
 
Has anyone seen the x1 in nordschleife in youtube?
It reaches 280mph, and the guy says it peaked at 303 (+500km/h) in Daytona... omg
 
236 mph Mulsanne Straight RUF 86 Yellowbird fully tuned - and painted orange , the fastest color of course.
235 mph Mulsanne straight Zonda R fully tuned
 
I did 401km/hr (250mph) in the Veyron with all power upgrades. I did it on the De La Sarthe no Chicane, on the super long straight
 
230mph in a Shelby Cobra on LeMans, it's such a blast. I looked in the replay to confirm it, and my tires are actually lifting off the ground at that speed.
 
I Dont understand how you guys are getting anymore than 287mph out of the veyron? Me and 2 friends all hit the the limiter at 287mph with adjusted gearbox which says 298mph.
We let one veyron go first get a 50-100mtr lead then slip stream it but it always hits the limiter at 287. Grand Turismo F1 car will do a little over 290mph. But veyron will physically not pass 287pmh
 
I hit 463kmh (289mph) in the Veyron at SSR7 in a draft. Hit the limiter even though there was still plenty of power left. If I could tune the gears individually, I could get alot more out of it.
 
I gave my Veyron the "bolt-ons" and hit 254mph ironically, on Sarthe with no chicanes, I braked of course, to take the turn though.
 
Pitty there isnt a test track (as far as ive seen level 22). In previous encarnations of GT my freinds and I spent hours working on getting a stock car past 300mph. In GT2 and I think 4 we tuned a Skyline to over a 1000bhp and made 300+mph on the test track. It did take some trickery with the fully custom gearbox though. Something that is lacking in GT5 unless it needs unlocking and im not there yet. Just upping the maximum speed setting doesnt work as well since it alters all the gears by a set amount. Im finding if I push it too far I just end up with a car where, when you change into top gear the gear is too big and the engine cant drive it. The car either slows or stays at the same engine revs and doesnt accelerate any more.
 
The fastest the Veyron can possibly go with draft, and ideal tuning is 287. Any higher, and people are lying, nothing more to it.

My buddy and I have taken our two Formula GT's on SSR7 and followed a Veyron to get us up to speed. We minimized the downforce and maximized the gearing. With the Veyron about 100 feet ahead in the tunnel, we hammered the throttle and got to the redline at 292 mph. He recently got an X1, and we did the same thing, (Bugatti, FGT, X1) and I can't remember what he got, but it was higher than the Formula GT.

This is true the veyron cannot go faster than 287 anyone saying different has a longer nose than Pinocchio.

I have hit 292mph in a formula gt through the tunnel on ss7.
