Your favorite '86

Thanks to the new update we can use the new GT-86 (also the FT-86 II if you bought 2 DLC packs). Now we have the AE86, The other AE86, FT-86 concept, FT-86 G sports concept, FT-86 II concept and the GT-86. I want to know which is your favourite.

My vote goes to the G concept. It looks the best.

EDIT: Unfortunately I forgot the Levin which counts as an '86. If you prefer the Levin then feel free to say so

I didn´t tried the FT 86 CONCEPT '11 yet... but the FT-86 CONCEPT '09 was a great factor to make me want to buy GT5. Cose in that stage, we (at least me) really believed that the spiritual sucessor of the AE86 finaly arriven.

What about the Levin, isnt an AE86 too?

Its a sick car too, with a bit more HP than the regular Trueno.

About the AE86 SS version, i dont like for 2 reason: Bad torque response (can decrease the RPM too easily if made any mistake) and can´t change the paint. Also its scarry how stiff it must be to be controlable.

People should give more chance to the regular Trueno and Levin... maybe they can be as fast as the SS and have torque band very more responsible, supercharged or turbo.

I quite like the regular Trueno. Much because I can paint it and get it very sideways

AE86 is my favorite 86. It would be nice if you could do engine swaps in GT5 because I think its abit underpowered, a SR20 or even a 2JZ swap would be awesome 👍

The Levin AE86 is my favorite '86 and one of my top 5 drifters in GT5.

In GT5 my favourite is the GT86 and in real life the AE86 levin. Unlike most of you, I don't like the look of the FT86 concept II at all.

I do agree. The design in the last versions of the GT-86 are pretty much poor compared to the previous concepts, FT-86.

About performance, i didn´t bough DLCs (yet), so i dont know how is the GT-86 concept... but will be hard to beat the FT-86 ´09 in performance.

Yes, FT-86 ´09 (wingless) is a lot superior than the FT-86 G SPORT.

I saw the FT-86 II at the Melbourne car show. It is one of the best cars I saw there. It is incredible. Very good drift car I found out too, better than the GT-86 which doesn't have as much go as it should

GT-86 is a letdown IMO. You need to be bouncing off the rev limiter to change fro 2nd to 3rd in order not to loose all power, even then it can't keep the power going. FT-86 II is a better looking and better driving car I believe
