Yeah, after the other two threads I just made, this one was inevitable: your favourite car in the game.

Admittedly, I haven't had a chance to try all of them. I'm looking to do one of the rallies under World Tour with a WRC car later today. But of all the cars I've sampled so far, I'd have to say my favourite is the BMW Z Coupe. Trailblazer is probably my least favourite event, but I took the Alpinestars BMW out on one of the Dirt Tour events in Norway (my favourite location) and I had a really good run. It was probably the first car that i was comfortable enough to drive at high speed without pace notes (unlike the Rhys Millen Racer).

How about you?
 
The Opel Manta 400 is probably my favourite. It's huge, goes like hell and loves to spin. Just my cup of tea. 👍
 
One car stands out for me, the Group B Audi Quattro. I just love the way it handles.

Also, I don't find the Rhys Millen Racing PM580 that hard to drive, it's alot better than the Suzuki SX4 Special in my opinion. I've yet to try the BMW Z4 so I don't know how good it is, I might try it in the next Trailblazer event.
 
Not played enough to get the Manta yet but this and the Sierra cossie are what sells the game to me.

I owned two Opel Manta's which were great to drive. Never liked the frameless door windows though but they did look cool back then
 
Definitely the Manta 400 for me! Its car my dad had when I was younger which probably has an influence on why I like it. TBH there is no real reason why I like it, I just love it.
 
For sound alone it has to be the audi. Although the metro 6r4 is a close second. Spent a few laps in front of a metro round monte and all I could hear was it barking behind me. I seem to get on quite well with the old fiat 131 on the rally stages when given the choice.
 
Always loved the Celica GT-FOUR... if they exist, I also really like the Corolla and '99 Impreza.

Original Mini Cooper !!! Not the fastest but an awful lot of fun.!! Looks good when rolling aswell !!

I did find myself restarting events just to keep using this 98mph beast !!
 
Kadett. I just love the way it sounds. The Mini a close second.

With all the older, less able cars, it makes the modern ones with traction and grip up the wazoo seem boring.

After reading this thread, I had a go with the Opel Manta on a rally in Norway. I hadn't really tried anything in the '60s, '70s or '80s classes until now. I was really only using whatever paid out the most reputation.

Anyway, I like the Manta. I find it to be a tricky little car; it takes a while to get up to speed, and if you lose momentum, it can really ruin your race - even if you use a flashback to correct a mistake and squeeze the brakes to prevent it from happening again - but once you're in the groove, I've found I can take corners flat out when I would normally squeeze the brake to pull the nose in. Plus, two of my favourite teams (Dalikfodda and Flip Off-Road) run liveries for it.

The BMW Trailblazer is still my favourite, but the Opel Manta is now right up there.

Where do you get the 205 Group B? There's a Peugeot under the Group B class in Trailblazer, but I'm pretty sure it's a 405.

It's in the trailer but nowhere to be seen in the game, even I'm nearing completion. I believe CM may put this as DLC, perhaps.

I just got the game yesterday, and only played for a few minutes, but while going through the list of cars, I saw a '95 WRX, and a GT-4, but I didn't see the Evo VI... Please tell me I'm wrong, and the car is actually somewhere in game?
 
the original mini is the action. my bro and i would both choose it and go in nailed on rally splitscreen. unlike colin mcrae 1 (one of the best in the series in terms of fun factor, behind CM 2.0) where both cars start together with full collision on, we do staggered start and wait for each other meters from the start......then its foot flat, bumper to bumper!!!!
 
Just finished season 1 so my experience is limited. The Fiat 131 Abarth is fun though.

For some reason I'm just not comfortable with the Fiesta Gym 3. In the Monaco event I'm just terrible with it yet I broke 300k with relative ease with an Evo X.
 
That 70's Opel, in the rain I guess. I wish the cars were more difficult, or had less grip though. :/

I downloaded the Power & Glory car pack earlier tonight. The first car I went to was the Lancia Delta S4; the first stage I tried it out on was Kantvegen in Norway, one of my favourites. I turned off the HUD and ran it with the cockpit view ... and it was awesome.

I just wish it had some more (better) liveries. I have a model of the black and gold Exxon one at home, which had me over the moon, and the Castrol one is okay ... but the Hella, NX Energy and BP Ultimate liveries all look horrible on the car. Maybe I'll have to download a mod.

I thought the Lancia's were sponsored by Esso and not Exxon?
