GT1: TVR Cerbera LM, Mitsubishi FTO LM, Dodge Concept Car LM, all the Dodge Vipers, Nissan Skyline Spec-V (R33), Toyota Supra RZ, Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo.

GT2: Suzuki Escudo, Dodge Viper GTS-R, Renault Espace F1, Venturi Atlantique 300

GT1 came bundled with my first ps1
Starter car: trueno/leven HAHA (Loved toyota but hated the old supras tail lights and hated FF with a passion so there wasn't many options and the miata was girly)
Favorite car: Blue stripe Dodge viper. Thing would power slide every corner so the replays looked cool.

GT2 came bundled with my second ps1 as the first died.
Same starter car.
Favorite car. black/dark gray Altezza touring car. For the same reason as the viper.

GT3. Yes also free bundled with my ps2
Same starter.
Favorite car: Bright yellow Toyota Altezza. Special stage route 5 S turns before the final corner I could go through at a perfect 90 degree just skinning the nose and tail on the appropriate walls. The walls have been moved for gt4 and 5 so it's no longer possible though :( (also I "may" be mixing my GT2 and GT3 cars up here)

GT4 I had to buy this one but did get the network adapter with ps2 lol
Same starter.
Favorite car: 90's Mazda RX7 on Midfield raceway. Fun course to drift now learning what a drift then was. But I had been doing it in all the other GT's anyways because the AI was slow and it made the replays look good.

GT5 again had to buy but 60gb ps3 came with a mail in coupon for 5 free blue rays 👍
Figured I would continue my starter tradition. (Who knew that junker would be so popular..)
Favorite car: Mazda RX7 spirit R seems to be taking it but that may change.

It's too bad Toyota killed off every sports car in the line up :yuck:
Of course there is a whole list of others I must have in my garage but those would be the ones with most miles put on em in each game just because I liked the car at the time. Even now I don't use FF cars unless forced to for events LOL

My First GT love
The Vector M12
vector_m12_img01.jpg

For me, this would come in third.

Second would be this:

And first.
2000-TVR-Cerbera-Speed-12-2.jpg

The Stratos would be in there except I can't drive it worth a crap.

The Tommy Kiara ZZII is a solid fourth.

And of course the Lotus Esprit is my favorite car ever but these cars are far more exotic and sweet. :)

Loved the CLK Touring Car ever since GT3. Such a great car to drive, especially around the Nurburgring, and I've always liked the way it looks.

I've loved all the Group C cars since they were introduced, but for me nothing can beat the R92CP: fast, good-looking and sounds deadly. I've always loved the Peugeot 905 too, though I barely drove it in GT4. Still waiting for it to pop up in GT5.

Always been fascinated with the Nissan GT-R Concept LM Race Car because of the gears. It shifts near enough instantly and I've always wondered how it could do it. Also back in the days of GT4, 7 gears were hard to come by.

The X2010 has to have a mention. I don't car how impossible it is, how much it goes against the game's ethics, or how many times it's been duped online, but it's a completely fresh experience to blast through any track in a matter of seconds. What's more amazing is that from the cockpit it doesn't feel that fast at all. It's only the speedo that reminds me I'm cornering at impossible speeds, and for a car so insanely fast I find that pretty weird.

Last, and by no means least, is the good old Midget. My absolute favourite since GT2. It's pretty for all the wrong reasons, and with the right setup is seriously quick. Not sure why I love it as much as I do, but I do.

Escudo Pikes Peak has been one of my favorite cars in the series since GT3. Amazing acceleration and top speed (Too bad they messed the top speed of the Escudo in GT5 :grumpy: but it's still has great acceleration).

Another one of my favorites is the Mini Cooper 1.3i. Fun car to drive and always liked the look of it in GT3, i missed it when it wasn't in GT4, but i was happy that it's back in GT5.

Also,

This. 👍

For me

Toyota GT-One from GT2 The road car version was pretty epic too
CLK-LM from GT4 on
Finally I have got the Mazda 787b last night and it's love at first drive !

[R] Toyota Supra 2.5GT '90 from GT2
Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R '99 from GT2^
Ford Taurus SHO '98/'99 from GT2, GT4, GT5 (not sure about GT3 as I don't have it)

Team Oreca Viper and XR8 Race Car. Still waiting for them to turn up in the Used Car Dealership though...

Oh and the Speed 12 Race Car from GT2, which sadly never made it to GT5

GT3, the Fxxx formula cars were great, but my SVT Cobra and fully modded Viper were astounding. The Escudo was great for glitching and breaking the speed of sound on the test track.

GT4, the FGT was great if you wanted to dominate. Ford GT was my first real supercar and I loved it. Just got a Mustang then grinded the Sunday Cup to get one.

GT5, the FGT not so much. Overpowered and sometimes a burden. My fully tuned R8, Elise RM, Focus WRC, RS200 Rally Car... too many to name. Really depends on my mood. I guess I won't truly know my favorite car until GT6 comes out and I can reminisce on GT5.

The Nismo GTR R33 LM Road Version was in GT1? I don't ever remember it being there, but I'll believe you...

My favourite cars from past GTs that didn't make the cut are the Lister Storm (road ver.), Vector M12, Vector M12 LM, Vector W8, & BMW 840ci. I miss the Venturis as well.

But I was thrilled that the 155 DTM, Calibra DTM, all the Jaguars, Lister Storm Race Car, and all the other carryovers from GT2 that made it showed up!👍

Corvette ZR1 RM! Properly modified has made me lots of money.
Also, Audi Abt Audi TT-R Touring Car '02 for handling like a toy monster!

Nismo GTR LM Road Car was in GT1, and as much as I can remember - I think it was the last car you unlock.
Great list, BMW 840 was great...and Alfa Romeo 155 DTM was music to my ears.

GT1 - R33 Skyline V-Spec
GT2 - Mitsubishi GTO
GT3 - Escudo

5: TVR 350C...wish it was prem. Also wish there was a Sagaris.

6: 22B...epic

7: after just whipping around in the tuned 370.....epic!!

my absolute favorites would be my 2008? Fiat 500 w/230bhp :D and the Ferrari F40

my favourite car is the Tommy Kaira ZZII from GT2 specifically.
freakin' awesome car, i love the way the rear looses traction and slides around a bit as you accelerated from first gear to second gear, even with super soft slick tires on!
its powerful, its light and its fast, man i love that car!
