Zonda Brakes r horrible

The Zonda actually has the strongest (joint) brakes of any stock road car in the game. Fact.

The thing about the Zonda is that it will lock the fronts very easily (as Famine implied), which results in a direct trip to the outside wall. Also, it's astonishingly fast and usually arrives at the next corner with more velocity than you realize.

Move your brake points way up, and soften the front suspension. Once you start working with it, it's fast and fun to drive.

I'm not going to comment on the fact that you used "teh" in your name.

I'm not going to comment on the fact that you merged 'border and American' in your name either, implying that you either came across the border or live near it.

I'm not going to comment on the fact that you abreviated are to "r" in the title of this thread.

I'm not going to comment on your irradic capitalization skills.

I'm not even going to comment on what appears to be your utter lack of understanding of the English language.

I'm meerly going to suggest that you use the search function.

I'm not going to comment on the fact that you spell abbreviated wrong.

I'm not going to comment on the fact that you can't spell erratic.

I'm not going to comment on your odd spelling of the word merely.

But I will say that you are welcome.

I am sorry for the previous post pertaining to the Pagani Zonda's Brakes. From this point on, I shall use the standard english language in posting of my threads and I shall exclude any "Internet Slang" or slang in general. I am deeply sorry for any misunderstanding and Godbless you all.

Now, why must i talk like that all the time. I hate it when people comment on the way u post on chatrooms or instant messages or forums for that matter. Why the hell does it F$%#@ matter?! I go to school 6 hours a day and i dont need to be judged on my english when i get home. So every1 jus needs to calm down and jus have fun. Now to explain the sn. It means The Border Rican as in i am a border crossing puerto rican. It is an inside joke made from friends and a rather dumb one at that since Puerto Rico is owned by the United States in case u did not know. So pleez jus every1 grow up and jus try and answer my god damn question.

They are so hard on you in school about the English language because it's very important. On a similar topic, just today at lunch a group of us were talking about people we work with that don't know how to type. I can only imagine what they would say about the "chat dialog" if it were used in company emails.

It's not acceptable.

So please just grow up and learn the language.

Don't you think you are being a little harsh Loud? Yes, I agree the English language is very important, but perhaps TehBorderican comes from a bilingual family or lives in a strongly Spanish speaking community. (Forgive me Teh if these generalizations are to stereotypical.) Though this does not lessen the importance of English, it might suggest Teh could warrant some leeway. Just a thought.

I am curious, Loud. How many languages can you speak fluently?

If you have the poor Zonda wound up to over 1000hp, I think I might have found your problem.

English. But I'm working on l33t speak in order to communicate better with the people I've found myself socializing with.

Yeah, I am harsh. But if everyone goes easy on the "children" they'll never learn. Yay! A society of dumbed down citizens. That's super. People are hard on me about my spelling. Yup, it sucks, but I'm working on it. If I don't know how to spell a word and I think it's wrong I'll look it up. In fact I just looked up "citizens" - I couldn't remember if the second i was an i or an e. But instead of just looking dumb, I try to correct myself (had it right the first time).

Let me interject something - If someone is speaking in Internet slang (ur, neway, etc.), 99% of the time that means that they are fluent in English, but are either: A) An Internet newbie trying to follow the crowd (I once was like this, to be honest), B) Think that it's cool, or C) Think that they're being lazy, although it seems to take more brain cells to think of the associated slang word than to just type out the dang word.

I have very, very, very rarely found a non-fluent English speaker who uses such slang, because their mistakes run along the lines of spelling mistakes, improperly conjugating verbs, sentence structure that sounds like something Babelfish would spit out, etc. You generally have to know a language before you learn its slang words. For example, I'm in my second year of learning Spanish, and I don't know a single slang word, and even fewer Internet slang words (that's zero, for those of you counting). If I were to post on a Spanish-speaking forum, I'd probably sound overly formal with some miscellaneous grammar errors.

That junk all said, Duke and Famine are right on the money - The Zonda actually has almost extroadinary brakes for a road-going car, but because of that most people end up locking the Zonda's brakes on every turn, which leads to a big loss in traction. Remember that the DS2's buttons are pressure-sensitive, so try to put just enough pressure so that you have plenty of braking without actually locking the wheels (I know it's tough, since there isn't much feedback to tell).

The issue is not mistakes made when using English as a second language. After 7 years of French and a year of Spanish I could barely speak either of them.

The issue comes with deliberately spelling and wording poorly when you could do better. When you advertise yourself as stupid and lazy on purpose, you need to expect that people are going to think you're stupid and lazy. And therefore, they aren't going to give you much respect.

With all the laziness and stupidity in the world, do we really need to manufacture more?

Ok some of u guys have a point but i've used these abbreviations so much it is a lot easier 4 me to type the way I do, and loud you are correct about writing buisness e-mails in "chat dialog" will most likely get you in trouble or into some other form of punishment, but this isn't a business e-mail nor an essay nor a letter to the president...this is a online forum about a videogame . i dont THINK about abbreviating you-u or are-r, it jus comes out naturally now. If u were to take spanish long enough you will find yourself saying spanish words without thinking about what they mean in english or when ur talking to ur friends do u sit there and think of whats the next slang word ur gonna say is...no. So my point is since i have been using this "internet slang" or whatever u want to call it 4 so long i dont think about it, i just doit, but when im talking to parents or people of authority or typing an essay or whatever, i talk proper, standard english. so think wat u want to but ima keep talking like this no matter wat. For me its a faster and easier way to write to people online, that doesnt neccesarily mean it is going to be for you.And thx vat_man thats the problem. I should try a lower n/a tune setup.

Sure, it's easier for you to type. It's easier for me to type by mashing my hand into the keyboard. But that would seriously limit the number of people who could read it.

As I said in another thread, one of the burdens of this great free speech we have is that we must endeavour to express ourselves clearly so that others can understand. You aren't the worst offender - not by a long, long way - but please try not to use the "TXT"/net slang.

We have a lot of non-native English speakers on the site (*coughs* Americans!* *coughs*). How is a German meant to know that "Teh" means Die/Der/Das? How is a Frenchman to understand "U" is "tu/vous"? I'm sure you get the idea.

*Satire

When you build a habbit it's hard to break. I'm done lecturing, it's up to you to figure out what's best for your life.

The Zonda: Yes, as stock it's a major pain. There are lots of threads that talk about it. It is possible to make it run like a bat out of hell. Search and ye shall discover.

Thought so - they're actually lovely to drive untuned. When I did the championship I automatically whacked on the maximum turbo tune, which, whilst fast in a straight line, is very difficult to drive.

The Zonda is (which I've mentioned repeatedly) a great car, over the 600HP mark is pretty pointless though, just be sure to get on them early enough

Follow Neon-dukes suggestion and you will be well on the path 👍
