Corvette Coupe (C2) '63

Corvette Coupe (C2) '63

This is my first submission to any tune forum. Even after several thousand tunes, I really had nothing significant to contribute until a couple of months ago. I would consider myself an intermediate tuner, and maybe an advanced, but certainly not expert driver.

This tune is homage to the first car I ever legally drove without an adult--at 14, I might add. Texas raised the legal age to 16 the next year. Probably no correlation there. Well, maybe. Anyway, it was my uncle's, less than a year old, '67 C2 327. I was pimpin! As much as you can pimp when you can barely see over the steering wheel, that is. It had a competition clutch that I could barely disengage with my skinny leg. It's a fond memory though, and is still the coolest car I've ever driven.

Hope you'll try this setup. I think you'll be surprised.

Thx to tinypic.com for the upload/URL for the pic below.

Lookin' at 2nd place in the rear view at the end of the 3rd lap on my 2nd attempt at this event...

Transmission (Additional Comments & Instructions)
Unless you have a chance to crack the top 1,000 on a seasonal time trial, I say don't bother with detailed gear settings. Just set max speed to hit the rev limit on the fastest section, and focus on the suspension.
