It’s that time of the week again: Forza Motorsport 7’s Specialty Dealer has shuffled its stock. As you’ve come to expect over the past several weeks, the repeats continue. With a recycled lineup taking center stage, let’s have a look at what this week brings to the showroom floor.
Debuted at 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Reventon is a special attraction. At the time it was the most expensive road car produced by the Italian brand, costing around $2m USD. Since then, its asking price is comparatively modest next to the $4.5m Veneno.
With its exterior styling inspired by jet fighters, and a 6.5-liter V12 laying down 650hp, the Reventon impresses on all fronts. Limited to 20 models in the real word, there is no such limit in Forza 7 — so have at it!
Nissan’s full-size Titan Warrior pickup is a step away from the norm for the manufacturer. First seen at the Detroit Auto Show in 2015, the Titan is aggressively styled from top to bottom. Power comes from a 5.0-liter V8 turbodiesel making 310hp. While optimized for off-road driving, it feels comfortable enough fighting for track position.
Finally, there’s the WRX STi. There’s no need for introduction here, the Impreza is, and always will be a rally-bred machine. Luckily, the 2005 model does little to change that winning formula. The Impreza will make short work of any track with plenty of grunt. It may very well be the best bang-for-buck option in this week’s lineup.
Specialty Dealer Lineup: January 23
- 2008 Lamborghini Reventón (Legendary +1,760; 1,035,000 Cr)
- 2016 Nissan TITAN Warrior Concept (Common +94; 53,475 Cr)
- 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STi (Common +77; 46,000 Cr)
As always, we remain hopeful these repeats are a means of getting newcomers up to speed. Though without any word from Turn 10 on the matter, perhaps the cycle is complete. This leaves around 100 cars exclusive to Forzathon, Bounty Hunter, or League prizes.
This week’s lineup will remain as is for the next five days, leaving you enough time to scramble. If you missed out before, here’s your opportunity to pick up the raging bull, “hawk eye” Scooby, or the Titan. The grand total for this week’s cars is 1,134,475cr.
