The latest Forzathon events have gone live in Forza Horizon 3. In keeping with the spirit of the holiday, the challenge is titled “A Shamrockin’ Good Time”, but the big prize is something distinctly un-Irish.
Yes, the 1972 Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL 6.3 has returned to the Forza franchise. Last seen in 2012’s Forza Motorsport 4, the burly German should prove popular on the roads of Australia. We’ve already painted ours up in an homage to the “Red Pig”, the 6.8-liter, 420 hp car that scored a silver at the 1971 24 Hours of Spa.
Here’s a full breakdown of the challenges this weekend:
- That Was Lucky – Perform 5 Lucky Escape Skills to win 3 Wheelspins
- Battling With Snakes – Complete a Race in a ‘Cobra’ to earn 25,000 XP
- Starry-Eyed – Get 3 Stars on 3 PR Stunts to win the ’72 Mercedes 200 SEL 6.3
- Top Of The Mornin’ – Complete ANY event to receive 20,000 CR
