    YES!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, I’m SO happy! I don’t care if it’s in November, it’s for sure going to fly by. My list of MUST buys:
    1. GT5
    2.Dead Space 2
    3.CoD Black Ops (treyarch rules)
    4. BFBC 2 Vietnam expansion DLC
    5. test Drive Unlimited 2

    I really hope that it’s the definitive date, otherwise i’ll sell my logitech, the ps3 and go farming!! It’s a very long wait for a game that must be ready in months…

    In the UK, not sure about the rest of Europe, don’t games traditionally come out on Fridays? So if November 2nd is a Tuesday would it not be unreasonable to suggest it could be 5th November in Europe?

    if you check out the E3 video of the US site of GT5 it says November 2 2010.

    If you see the British GT5 site E3 video you’ll notice it just says November 2010 without a date.

    I guess it will be the same date or maybe few days later? Anyway it WILL BE within November so chill out guys.

      On the german, uk and french gran-turismo.com sites it’s all the same video with the release date as november 2010.
      So hopefully we will be lucky in europe

    Funny thing is that both amazon.com and gamestop.com had Gran Turismo 5’s release date at 11-1-2010. Did they guess or did they know something… funny…

    At last.. A release date after 2 years of delay.. let’s hope it won’t be postponed again… I will pre-order the collector’s edition

    Can someone please qualify that release date, Jordan?

    Because someone passing by from somewhere apart from North America or Latin America (I know it’s hard to believe, but there are other countries in the world) is going to be mighty pleased to see a release date and then, a little while later mighty unpleased if they don’t live in NA etc.

    North and South America??? Seriously??! No word about the rest of the world? No wonder the interview with Kaz tomorrow is behind closed doors… This is so disappointing and beyond ridiculous.
    The vid looked very good though. Better than I imagined. Cars and tires sounded much better than ever!!

    Only in America?! The world does not rotate according to America! We want a world wide release!! When is the European release date?!!

      Yep me too. Sooner they release this in europe, more money they make. A week later than in america, i’ll never buy it. Because that would be pissing in the eye of european fans, who actually made Gran Turismo series so succesful.
