We’re visiting two continents this week with the GT Sport Daily Races, as we close out the year — and indeed decade. You’ll find Asia at both ends of this round, with Daily Race A taking place on the highways of Tokyo and Daily Race C heading to Fuji.
The former is a one-make, featuring the most-recently added version of the Toyota 86 GT. It’s a specially provided car this week, so there’s nothing to do but choose the color and set off on your three-lap race.
Race C is a classic Super GT combination. You can pick from any of your Gr.2 race cars — that’s the three 2008 season and the three 2016 season GT500 cars — for the 13-lap race. Tire wear is, compared to what we’ve seen recently, relatively high at a 13x multiplier, so you’ll need to work on your race strategy here. There’s two different tire grades available, with Racing Hard and Racing Medium on offer.
Our middle race this week is a very familiar one: Gr.3 at Interlagos. This race has been a stalwart of Daily Races even back as far as the game’s open beta, so it’s something you should need little preparation form. Grab a Gr.3 car and go nuts.
All three races will run through to Monday, January 6, when another new set of three will replace them.
