There’s a new set of GT Sport Daily Races now available for players to get to grips with over the coming week, with a rarely seen circuit and an unusual head-to-head event.
Race A again gives you a choice of two cars, but this week it’s between two vehicles that share a platform but in two-door and three-door fastback body styles.
You’ll be able to pick either the 1990 Nissan Silvia S13, or the more sporty-looking 1996 Nissan 180SX, for a four-lap race of the Dragon Trail Gardens circuit. Both are tuned into the N200 class BOP, and have further settings adjustments to bring them more into parity — though only the 180SX is available in purple, so that’s the natural choice.
Race B will take players to a circuit we don’t often see in organized online races. Circuit de Sainte-Croix is a fictional track located in Provence in the south of France. It’s a long stretch of track with three layouts, all set on what appear to be public roads, in the style of all the great old European race circuits.
This week’s race puts you at the B layout in the regular direction, with your choice of Gr.3 cars — the in-game version of the GT3 class. There’s no tire wear concerns here, so just pick whatever car takes your fancy for the three-lap race.
The endurance-style Race C event this week is for slightly slower machinery, with the Gr.4 cars. These road-car based racers come in a variety of drive trains, and that will factor into this week’s race.
With tire wear at a high 8x multiplier — so one lap is equivalent to eight for your tires — the front- and four-wheel drive cars might suffer serious degradation towards the end of the nine-lap race around Suzuka. There’s no mandatory tire requirements to be aware of though, with only Racing Medium tires permitted for the race.
These three races will run through to Monday August 9, when another set will replace them.

Can I just say, Dragon Trail – Gardens is probably the best fictional track in Sport.
I agree, Dragon Trail -Gardens is an incredibly fun track. It’s layout is great with fast straights and high speed turns, to the more technical, yet still fast, mid-section.
This track is always a good race, barring lousy drivers of course.
This course needs more lap's, three laps around any track is not enough, especially this track.
Wow, apparently I can’t say that, apparently I’m wrong.
