Complex String at first wasn’t one of my faves.I used to love the simple tahiti track, but the odd thing is,is that with the track creator on gt5 i make tracks very much in the same vein as complex string track.i would hope the creators of gran turismo would listen to their supporters and also to the benefit of players who gt5 or gt6 is their first interaction with the gt series that who haven’t had the chance to play the earlier titles include the tracks from previous titles along with new tracks that would be made for gt6.i personally think players would benefit from it if this is too much to put in the game all at once at least offer the tracks as perhaps a “Legacy”track bundle or series of dlc content for gt5 and or gt6.i have played gt1-5 except the concepts and prolauge,i have owned 2-5.the game series as a whole is not only incredible but i sincerly hope that the creators of this game continue to put in the same passion and attention to detail that their past works have incorporated and demonstrated and improve upon them.call me optimistic if you will but that’s how i feel

I see there is a note next to Grand Valley Speedway that says “Incorrect Length Displayed”. Can I ask how you determined the exact length Jordan? I am only asking because I have often wondered about the quoted track lengths.

Citta Di Aria, I remember going to through the gears on that track on my red lancer V. Man do i miss that track!

would like to see gt2s laguna Seca track layout compared to gt5s, because they are certainly not the same.

Is it just me, or would this be even better if there was an in-depth track description of each circuit?

I surely would offer my help with tracks from the GT games I have (all except concepts and PSP)

  6. SkylineObsession

Ah man, this is exactly what i was planning on doing on the Gran Turismo Series Center. :(

Jordan, is there any way i can use the track maps and credit GTP/link to the GTPedia on the page etc?

@infamousphil @Jordan its the app that is the problem, go through the browser and it downloaded fine;-)

  8. Whodoyouthink

Midfield, New York, Infineon, El Capitan, Citta di Aria and Costa di Amalfi – Oh, I miss these tracks so much :(

At first glance, I thought the headline said “Free Download: Gran Turismo Track History”, and I thought it was a game update from PD. After I finished peeing my pants with excitement, I actually read the thing. It’s still pretty cool, but now I have to get some new clothes.

Midfield is my all time favourite, I remember drifting that famous U turn with the s2000 for the GT driver’s license mode :p

This is very nice. Very good memories in some of these old tracks. Driving Park, Apricot hill, Red Rock valley, Complex String, Seattle, Grindelwald and who can forget Midfield!
