If you’ve been enjoying the festivities over the last few days, it might be time to put the turkey sandwich down and pick the game controller up. We’re celebrating the return of Gran Turismo’s oldest real-world circuit, Laguna Seca, with some special events at the track.
WRS Time Trials
GTPlanet’s Weekly Race Series (WRS) couldn’t wait to get back to Laguna Seca. Our current Time Trial event, 795 Days in the Desert, takes place at the world famous track and features the ’90 Nissan Silvia (S13) in stock form, and on Sports Hard rubber.
It’s a joy to drive, and pounding out the hot laps is a great way to get your skills back up to speed on this beautifully re-imaged circuit.
If you want to participate in this event, you still have plenty of time. The deadline for the Time Trial is Monday, December 30, at 2359 UTC.
WRS Online Events
Should you fancy testing your skills out on a live racetrack with other players, we’re using that same combination for our upcoming Online Races. First up will be the Worldwide event on Sunday, December 29. Following up that will be our North American Time slot on Thursday, January 2. You can find the event details below.
