Yesterday saw the third car expansion land in Forza Horizon 3. It brought seven new cars, ranging from the big bruiser you see above to the small and suitably strange Morgan 3 Wheeler.
As expected, the pack was accompanied with a game update, which is typical so that all players can see the new content regardless of if they own it. What’s more unusual is the size of the update, coming in at a surprisingly large 1.5 GB.
One of the additions is a free bonus car for all players, in the form of another Barn Find (bringing the game’s total number of hidden cars to 17). We won’t spoil the surprise here, but will say it will bring a welcome ray of light for fans of classic cars…
What else is contributing to that large update size, though? Game updates are usually only a few hundred MB, and Turn 10 hasn’t provided any patch notes. Perhaps it’s background preparation for the Blizzard Mountain Expansion set to arrive next week? Whatever may be hiding within the code, we’re sure our Forza Horizon 3 forum section will sniff it out in short order.
