Electronics retailer Newegg is hosting a special deal on select video games and gaming accessories today.
You can find the full list of eligible items here. In terms of racing games themselves, there’s not much to get excited about (though you can save on Forza Motorsport 5 or Need for Speed: Payback), but it’s a very different story for the accessories.
Newegg is offering 50% off the Thrustmaster T-GT and its little brother, the Thrustmaster T150.
That drops the notoriously expensive Thrustmaster T-GT — the official wheel for Gran Turismo Sport — all the way down to $450, and the T150 down to $150. All you have to do is enter the coupon code “EMCPWRS36” during checkout to take advantage of the deal.
Although this gets close to the recent single-day deals we saw with eBay a few weeks ago, this is the cheapest price for a new-in-box T-GT that we’ve seen from an authorized Thrustmaster reseller.
We’ll be publishing a full review on the Thrustmaster T-GT very soon (spoiler alert: it’s great), but if you’re a GT Sport player, it’s one of the best wheels you can buy to use with the game.
