It’s May, and that means the full release of Assetto Corsa Competizione is just around the corner. Ahead of its May 29 launch, developer Kunos Simulazioni has shared images of the laser-scanned version of Brands Hatch.
Following up from the comparison to the original Project CARS, we now have some more footage directly looking at how GT Sport compares to its predecessor, Gran Turismo 6.
The familiar setting of Brands Hatch has become a testing ground for yet another comparison, showing the similarities — and differences — between two racing simulators. The latest video compares Project CARS to the GT Sport beta, using the up-to-date Corvette C7.R and Gr.3 car, respectively.
Assetto Corsa has landed on consoles today (at least, in Europe and the UK). Players on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will get to enjoy the title before it launches in North America this coming Tuesday. Earlier this year, Kunos Simulazioni confirmed work was being done to bring “the best circuit in the world”, Brands Hatch, to Assetto Corsa. Kunos have confirmed that Brands Hatch will be coming to the game alongside seven new rides in Dream Pack 3 due on December 15th.
