Today is the first Tuesday of the month. For Forza players, that typically means a new car pack. The bad news is that you shouldn’t hold your breath for one. The good news: something else is in store for the month of April.

For Forza Horizon 3 players who missed out on the snowy fun that came with the game’s first expansion back in December of last year or a few exclusive cars along with additional in-game benefits: the time has come, as both Blizzard Mountain and the VIP membership are 50% off their regular price for Xbox Live Gold users.

The beautiful Australian plains of Forza Horizon 3 got all wrapped in snow and ice as Turn 10’s new Blizzard Mountain Expansion kicked off last week. Over 50 new challenges and eight new vehicles proved to be just the tip of the iceberg, leaving Forza supporters plenty of new achievements to aim for. We’re less than 24 hours away from the release of Blizzard Mountain for Forza Horizon 3 for Xbox One and Windows 10 players. Both Turn 10 and Playground Games appear to be just as anxious, releasing a 26-second teaser trailer for tomorrow’s expansion giving players of glimpse of what to expect.

Winter has arrived. The first expansion for Forza Horizon 3 is shaping up to be a challenging wintry adventure, and Blizzard Mountain demands participants bring their very best — including warm clothing and snow tires.
