Arguably the biggest reveal at Gamescom in terms of GT Sport, Fishermans Ranch offers our first real look at rallying in the game. With the event now over, numerous videos have popped up, giving us a better idea of what this new track will provide players with come November.
Despite an apparent no-filming policy, short clips of GT Sport are slowly emerging from Gamescom 2016. Eagle-eyed GTPlanet member aceboy127 has spotted what appears to be a slight upgrade to the replay mode of the game.
Sony finally stopped the mystery act about Driveclub VR earlier this week when it had its official reveal on the Sony blog. The game will arrive in players’ hands before the end of 2016, with new modes and features. Naturally the new driving experience will be one of the main draws, and a new video from PlayStation Access shows off just that.
Gamescom 2016 has gotten underway today in Cologne, Germany. Forza Horizon 3 is present, and while it appears the demo on the show floor is the same one as when the game was first unveiled at E3 in June, Playground Games’ Ralph Fulton is on-site to discuss the title.

Polyphony already released a short video detailing Kazunori Yamauchi’s Nürburgring 24H experience in the run-up to the event, and have now released 78 new screenshots of the game, featuring a handful of new tidbits.
With the doors set to open at the Koelnmesse in Cologne in only two days (three for the general public), Polyphony has revealed its plans for the event. Leading the charge is a newly-released video detailing Kazunori Yamauchi’s exploits at the Nürburgring 24H race earlier this year behind the wheel of the Walkenhorst BMW M6 GT3.
With Sony recently announcing a special event in NYC next month, you’d be forgiven for thinking the company’s presence at Gamescom would be minimal. You’d be mistaken, though: the German PlayStation blog released the full list of titles Sony is bringing to Europe’s biggest gaming trade fair, and it’s quite the collection.
