GT Sport Game Updates

It’s that time of the month again where GT Sport players giddily boot up their consoles. Yes, the latest game update has arrived on our consoles.

We already knew that there was a GT Sport update coming this week — and quite the update at that. What we didn’t know was the cars in the update, and there’s some great news on that front now too.

A GT Sport update will be arriving on your consoles this morning and, as we suspected, it’s a small patch rather than any major changes.

While everyone’s still digging into their early Christmas present of Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, there’s another update on its way for GT Sport.

Possibly the most eagerly awaited update in GT Sport’s two-year history to date has arrived. Yes, it’s Spa day, as fan-favorite track Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is now part of the game.

As will likely come as a surprise to no-one, we now know that GT Sport’s next content update will arrive on October 31.

Since GT Sport launched two years ago, fans have been wondering where Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps went. The famous, challenging strip of asphalt in the Belgian Ardennes featured in both Gran Turismo 5 (as paid DLC) and Gran Turismo 6, but has been absent from the PS4 version… until now.

Although arguably entirely expected, it’s now confirmed: after this weekend’s World Tour event in Tokyo, GT Sport will get a new content update.

Players logging into GT Sport this morning will find a rather unusual notice greeting them.

Right on schedule following its reveal earlier this week, the latest version of Gran Turismo Sport is now available. A chonky update at 1.2GB, it may not introduce new cars or tracks, but it represents a step-change for the title nonetheless.

It’s barely a week since the last GT Sport update, but there’s another on its way.

Polyphony Digital has rolled out the latest version of Gran Turismo Sport. Version 1.45 weighs in at a hair over 2GB, introducing four new cars and expanding the available wet circuits in the game.

An in-game notification, and announcement on the game’s official website, has confirmed the ETA of GT Sport’s next content update.

If you enjoyed watching the GT Sport FIA Online Championship drivers sliding around the Tokyo circuit in the recent Salzburg World Tour event, it looks like you won’t have long to wait to experience it for yourself.

For the second time in as many weeks, GT Sport has another update available. Version 1.44 has arrived, bringing with it some slight fixes.

While we’re all still having fun with GT Sport’s new wet weather mechanic and playing around with some classic J-tin, there’s another game update on the way.

The latest version of Gran Turismo Sport is now available on PlayStation 4. Weighing in at 2.2GB, it introduces five cars to the lineup as well as inclement weather to the Red Bull Ring.
