THQ Nordic has announced a sequel to its immensely popular 2018 smash-’em-up racing title Wreckfest, unsurprisingly set to be called Wreckfest 2.

Vehicular smash-em-up Wreckfest gets an unusual twist this month with the release of a new update based on classic 1990s ancestor Carmageddon.

If you’re a new-generation console owner and like your racing games a little more destructible, this will be a good week for you. Developer Bugbear Entertainment has launched the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series enhanced version of Wreckfest: Drive Hard, Die Last today.

Fans of vehicular mayhem and destruction are in for treat this May, as Wreckfest is coming to PS Plus as a free game for PS5 owners.
