This week’s community event is now live on Project CARS 2. After a speedy oval challenge last time around, players will now be tasked with taking on a rainy Hockenheim.
The addition of rain to this week’s event makes it one that PCARS 2 players shouldn’t miss. For quite a while, Slightly Mad Studios has left it all on the track with no elemental aspects to worry about. Still though, the car of choice is more than suited to these conditions with the Renault Megane Trophy V6 taking the starring role.
As a souped up race-ready version of the hatchback, the Trophy V6 thrives on the circuit. Even with the added challenge of adverse conditions, it doesn’t really disrupt its handling too badly. Use the extra level of grip to tackle Hockenheim’s high speed corners.
The car can be tuned as required with no fixed setup for the challenge. Top leaderboard times so far are indicating that a sub-1:30.000 will be required to place well.
