Game of Thrones fans knew what to expect this week in Forza Horizon 4. The chilly season has begun, and that means a new set of challenges — and prizes.
The mercury has plummeted, and you’ll soon find so has the grip in your tires. Expect to see plenty of all-paw cars out on the roads of Britain this week, as well as more parity between tail-happy rear-drivers and the sure-footed front-drive cars of the game.
New Events
There are four new multi-race championships available for the winter season. Each one offers identical prizes: 5,000Cr, a regular Wheelspin, and a Super Wheelspin. The requirements change depending on if you tackle the event in Solo, Co-Op, or PVP.
We’ve got the full details of each championship down below:

- Races: 3
- Total Length: 17.2 miles

In addition to the four series, there’s a seasonal Danger Sign at the Great Ridge. You’ll want to get a serious running start here, as the goal is 975ft — more than the usual three-star rating of 900ft.
Forzathon Events
With Britain underneath a layer of the white stuff, it makes sense that this week’s Forzathon challenge is all about offroaders.
The first challenge is simple enough: just own any car in the Offroad championship. There are a dozen available at the Autoshow, from the classic Land Rover Series III to the faintly ridiculous Mercedes G65 AMG. Buy one, or hop in any you may already own, and you’re set.
Next up is winning three Cross Country Series events with your offroader. There’s no limitations on car performance, so do whatever you’re most comfortable with.
The third step shouldn’t take long at all to achieve. You’ll need one Wrecking Ball skill: aim your rig at the nearest destructible stone wall and you’re good to go.
Lastly, you’ll need to set some time aside to rack up 7 million Skill Score. This will take a while, but we’d recommend a relatively open area like the airport to minimize the time.
As usual, there’s a variety of daily challenges to help build up your Forzathon Point account. If you haven’t already, buy the Lake Lodge (free for VIPs) to double any won Forzathon Point hauls.
Forzathon Store
The Forzathon Store has a new lineup of stock for the chilly winter. There’s a set of boots and some mittens, but we’re really interested in the rides themselves.
This week’s featured ride is the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. This 308hp truck first showed up in an FM7 DLC pack earlier this year, but feels more at home in Playground’s iteration of Britain. If you’ve got a fair amount of FP stocked already, you can buy the Colorado and satisfy the Offroad conditions of the Weekly Challenge.
That applies to the spotlight Forza Edition vehicle too. It’s the camo’d up Land Rover Series III, which offers a unique Destruction Skills Boost alongside its rather questionable looks.
Barn Find
Last but certainly not least is this season’s unique Barn Find. We won’t spoil it, but it’s something British, and would no doubt look at home scaling a snowy hill. With the water freezing over in FH4 the week, you’ll want to look in areas that have otherwise been off limits. Happy hunting!
