Just had a look on twitter and Kaz seems to have confirmed in game race saves for the Endurance races, great news my PS3 may be able to live a lot longer now.

That is really good news, I finally going to be able to do the 24 hours race, did you know if its for A anb B-spec or just A-spec

Kaz_Yamauchi: I'm sorry. Game saves during endurances. They are currently under development. RT @andrepeniche: as I simply don't have 4, 9 or even 24 hours available to stay in front of the TV to do endurance races, as much as I love GT5, unfortunately it's not possible for me to complete them.

I guess they feel that we should spend our time in front of the machine grinding for money instead of having to actually finish a 24 hour race in one sitting. How nice of them. Now, what would be great is if you could make a "Team" with some racing buddies and do the 24 hours in stints like the real deal... Come on "Real Driving Sim" let's get real...

Nice... If he does that, I will finally get to complete my A-Spec career. I'm really looking forward to this! Let's see how many evening I have to spend on it, but -strange as it may sound- I may even do it more than once then.

It's in keeping with today’s world though... make it achievable for the lowest common denominator.

But be prepared to hear complaining from those who think having a save option for enduros is wrong.

I'm debating with myself whether I should say, "Cool story bro" or "Sucks to be you".

Anyway, I'd recommend taking your 1337 skillz to a real endurance race rather than waxing lyrical over your GT endurance race.

I was just asking myself this very question. Are these people seriously going to complain about the safe function, because it would be "not an endurance race anymore"?

They will mean nothing because others can do them without having to sit the entire 24 hrs? Why is your sense of accomplishment taken away because of this?? You still did it, that's all that should matter.

THERE ARE COUNTLESS AMOUNTS OF THINGS IN THIS GAME THAT AREN'T TRUE TO LIFE. IT'S A VIDEO GAME.

How pathetic are these people if they claim completing an endurance on a game without a save is their biggest accomplishment in life. They may not say it but it sure sounds like that.

Already reported many hours ago..... in the long established Kaz tweeter thread.
'In development' does not mean next patch, it could take months to implement.

Nice to know they're listening.Anyway even real endurance racers nowadays can only do 3 to 4 hours at max I think,and it's a regulation set by the oragnisers.So this imo improves realism and dosent destroy your ps3 👍

Not a bad thing but PD should have done it like GT4(A-spec & B-spec combined). Let us decide how to run the enduros but with the option of using our Bobs. What are they really good for??
