Yesterday was the first tiime I had skated in 2 weeks because of the crappy weather, winter sucks.
 
I think my arm was like that with the picture of teh melon I had,it was also tweaked aswell.
 
First round was today, I got to the semi finals, so thats real good since its my first comp and it was at a park I havn't been to in 2 years, I could of gotten to the finals, but it started to rain, so this round will be finished at the next round.

thats a mad looking park. damn it looks awesome

went for a skate today with a mate from work, skating in a carpark near a doctors office. theres a nice flat 1m gap that is easy to 180 over, cant really ollie over it as there is no run off room on the other side
 
Can't skate for a week, I'm in Atlanta and I'm too lazy to bring my board. Doesn't matter though, I need the time off. And I'm now obsessed with B/S Flips. I don't have any clue why, considering I used to hate them. Probably because mine kick so much ass, being over a foot off the ground and all.

And Big-Flips rule also, I've started doing those, and can get them pretty consistent. I gotta take these to some sets now that I've got them locked. Those and switch heels and varial heels.

Damn I love skating.

Dam man thats sweet. I've never actually gotten into skateboarding I'm more of a rollerblader then anything else. That stuff is awesome. I bet If i tried that stuff I'd end up breaking my other arm. When you were sponsored by NYC were u living in NYC at the time?

Yeah, I used to live in Brooklyn then I moved to Manhattan.... I used to skate at Union Square (14th st.) all the time.... I miss the Concrete Jungle, except for the price of living (in the City).....

i was gonna go to my local park tomorrow but my band got a gig so no skating at murrarie, but i went skating this arvo round the local area and did a 180 going over a hill, it looked really big because i was airbourne going downhill and at some speed.

cant wait till schools over, 2.5 months, so much skating to be done

Sorry about that, but I had them on Ripway, and my bandwidth was destroyed within minutes of posting them....

If someone has a place for me to host them, I will post them again, along with a few more I forgot to post in the first place....

This is hell, I'm in Atlanta, one of the best skate towns in the USA, and I don't have a board. I already saw a set I wanna kickflip so bad, and a big drop that needs conquering. Along with just about everything else.

I'm retarded.

I really liked them because I don't see much good street skaters, since I skate mostly ramp.
 
Pretty sweet. That looks like an okay park set-up, but the fact that it's plastic/metal and made to be torn down once the new "trend" moves in up's the suckiness. Stupid politicians.

Umm... Actually it's wood.... It's painted with a protective coating so it doesn't warp and distort with the weather.... I love wood parks, because they tend to be designed better (We have 3 cement parks around my area and they all suck), and if the skaters decide to try something different with the park, it's easy and relatively cheap to move around.... Cement parks are there forever, and can never be changed without tearing the whole thing down (with huge cost to the city)....

As I said before, I am primarily a street skater, so I'm not really into big cement bowls, vert ramps, and so on... I can skate them just fine but it gets boring really fast....

Anyway... I'll get some more pics up soon (as soon as my heal feels better)...

One of my local parks has Australias biggest half pipe, 13ft, I love skating it, I wish I could drop in on it.

It's called "King of Rock and Roll" and it's a cover of an Elvis song. The cover is by a band called Daniel Lioneye. And you have no idea who they are...and I do.

I should have some footage up soon. I just got a Dazzle so I can upload footy and I need to do some filming anyways. I can upload me warming up on my kicker! Whooo!!! No-landing 360 flips! Yeah, I was warming up and decided to film it, couldn't land any, so got fed up and quit filming. I hate filming.
 
My next inter school skateboarding comp is soon. Its at the same park as last time. Its a good park and all, but I'm just not good there, so I don't know if I wanna go. I think I will, because I'll regret it if I don't, and I don't wanna learn in school.
 
Well. We finished the first round and I won.:D I got a T-shirt for that and in round two we got to the Second heat. It was a great day. I will post some videos later. They're not great, but...meh. :)
