I didn't get to hear Optimus Rhyme nor MC Frontalot. I did hear MC Chris and the Minibosses though, and they were great. MC Chris put in some humor/comedy between songs, and it was pretty good. I like how it's "fake rap for real people". Overall it was a great experience becuase it was the first "concert" that I ever went to.

Did you go to PAX also, Omni?

No, I didn't go to PAX because I live in florida. But, I've been a chris fan for years. I also liked DJ John's old band, Attention Deficit. Anyway, I think I first went to chris's site just after they released LAB, and then I finally joined the forum after Hassle was released. I got into Optimus and Front and the rest like a year ago, too. I think I like Optimus the best though. Rap with live instruments (like Front and OR) is just the best.

When/If my uncle moves to Washington after he retires, then maybe I can go visit him and hit up PAX while i'm there in the years to come. 👍

I actually used the Cassette tape player in my car for the first time today... OMFG, it was like an 8 track. Sad part is... I've seen an 8 track but never really heard one. The even sadder part... People on here won't even know what the hell both of them are. :grumpy:

I'm 31 and still didn't know what it was the first time I saw an 8-track. It was in my grandpa's car, I thought it was a Nintendo game of some sort.

WOW! That is the most retro, vintage, classic, 70's thing I've ever heard. :lol:

I don't know why, but Star Wars 8 track tape sounds so cool. Groovy!(maybe that's 60's)
