Not today, but I OVERTOOK a Merc McLaren SLR on the motorway last week

It was only going about 75 mind you, I was doing about 85 when I passed it, all the time thinking all the guy driving it would have to do is give the trottle a breif prod and I'd have no chance.

Went on a bit of a road-trip with the boys yesterday, and as we headed into the big city I said, "I wonder if we'll see any flash cars up here?"

Seconds later:

An R34 GTR, in black!

We also saw an R32 GTR (deep blue), Ferrari 360 Convertible and a Ferrari 550 Maranello (both red), and countless Porsche Boxters in various colours.

Oh, and a GTS Coupe.

You lucky *****, i've never seen a freakin Skyline in my life,

we don't get them. Damn Japanese.

Only thing i've seen latly is, my moms Dodge, and my dads Honda :indiff:

but my dads honda is extremly nice, and more comfortable then any BMW or Mercedes i've been in. It had leather seats, side certain airbags, XM radio <-- teh pwnage. and it's desert gold with allow wheels. it's a 04' Honda Accord EX, and he got it for $25,000 pretty good deal. It sounds really nice, it handles extremly well, very reliable, it isn't slow at all, and looks damn nice!

Really? Gosh arent i lucky? The R32 golf i saw was an 06 plate and so was one of the brand new passats :/

Saw only 1 nice car today, a dark red lotus elise, a bit dirty though.

OK, so another road trip today, and a few more interesting cars.

First one we saw on the way up - A bright yellow Ford Falcon XR8. But not just any XR8, this was a Herrod special. How special? About 400KW special!

Then, on the return journey, what should I happen to merge behind?

An Aston Martin DB9 Volante. :drool:

After having a good look from all sides, I headed on my merry way and left him to putter in the centre lane at about 90km/h.

Aside from those two, there were numerous early and late model Porsche's, but I've seen so many they're all a bit 'meh'.

Oh, there was one of these though:

A Porsche Cayenne S, in sliver.

Urgh, that drives me mad.

I saw a new mustang, which is odd for my area.

Only one 06 plate? I saw a ton.

So what if i drove past about 10 car dealerships...

I saw two vehicles worth mentioning - a Hummer H1 Alpha and a red Ford GT. It's the first Ford GT I've ever seen on the road.
