Well thanks for the tip. Maybe i'll try it out sometime.... :)

This is an update for the unedited comp entries that didn't make it. Hope you guys could at least post some comments. I feel jgda9rs is the only one who is kind enough posting comments on how i should improve my photos (as well as letting me do updates without double posting) So i really really appreciate if you just drop by some comments (even if its just a few words....)

Honda Day

I really like the first shot the most, because the lighting and colours are better in the first shot over the last shot I reckon.

Time for an update :)
I did a remix on one of suzq044 photos in her gallery. Its nothing much, hopefully you all like it :P

that's actually not bad. could use a bit more motion to it, but not bad at all. the lighting and the angle is pretty good i'd say.

Hey the LM is a great shot. I especially like the pastel feel of it, and the translucent frame is cool too. Photoshop? BTW 👍 , your Honda day gave a great idea for PM out-of-comp events that we can organize just for the fun of it. It'd be great to have members show off their work at one gallery on a weekly/bi-weekly basis - based on themes - there could be several themes and no deadlines or comps!!!

What do you think?

Well thanks for visiting my gallery redhawk. Although its been almost a month since my last update, so hopefully I can do my update by this weekend. Yeah, I think some of my works has been do on Photoshop (much?) but thats up to me if I want to use it or not. :P The idea of doing another comp is just out of the question. Even if there is a lot of interest, no one would enter because most of us would be probably too busy (i'm busy with school) But there is already enough comp that is currently running in the Photomode Comp sub forum, so you can just have fun with that. :)

You should post your updated M5 Nurb entry, it's really good. It's not overly bright green like most shots there (if that makes sense...)

This is definitely weird.... Someone is actually requesting me to put my comp entries as a part of my gallery. but thanks anyways for visiting my gallery. Jokes aside, I was gonna update my gallery with something I was just making, but since its been a long time since my last update, heck, why not just give off a preview of my next work as well. :)

Preview of my next update :)

Well its not totally done yet, need to touch up of some of the jaggy edges, do some carbon front lip and hood, and also add some decals on the car. Making it look all ricey-ish. :D

great updates!!! the nurburgring pic is amazing. it reminds me of my entry for the scenery comp minus the atomic bomb, and is from a different angle. i like the somewhat desaturated look to it. to me it gives it a bit of realism. the civic is a good project too. except for the wheels which i'm not really fond of, but everything else works out fine. only thing i find a bit weird is the color on the car, not that i'm complaining, but it just doesnt look like the gt4 colors. must be the background and the toning. you should add an intercooler to the front and a cf door! good job man.

This is not an entirely good update cause I had to rush and finish off this by this week. I don't want to stall my updates already (heck, I still got 2-3 updates that I haven't even touched in months!!!!) as well as doing some of my comp entries. So I do apologize for the poor quality of one of the photos, but I'll try to improve on that. :)

well done mate! you did what i asked. and it looks good. the intercooler looks so naturally blended into the photo. not so sure about the supra pic though, why does it look like it's been singled out with all the red color around it ? come look at my new updates if u have time

Holy update, Batman!

Been pretty long since I last touch my gallery (even longer for my TT gallery) but finally some new update.:) I'm still into drifting and just thought I would try to drift a Solstice just like Rhys Miller. :sly: Click for full view.....

The action feeling is very nicely shown is this Pontiac update. I also like the "soft" looking of the car...pretty nice indeed:tup:

Well this is not really an update, just some work that is in my HD for a long time and that I never get to finished it and thought it would be time to show it to you guys. This was done last year around July/August. It was inspired by Tangled Web's M5 as well as Franz's SS Concept Studio and got to say they have cleaned up the photo pretty well. 👍 As for mine, it is huge alright and its almost impossible to get that clean look that TW and Franz did. But still, the largest GT4 photo ever? Hell yeah!!!! :sly: Its a photo of a Mercedes-Benz E55 with a DUB look on it (I think) Used about 50+ photos to make this huge photo (I'm not kidding either. Its 10k px x 8k px!) I still have the photo in my HD (as well as a more "cleaner" photo) So here it is anyways.......

(I had to link to my dA cause its the only place where I could upload such a huge file size. Just click on the download to see the true awesomeness/ugliness of the photo.... :indiff:)

I also have a similar work which is of a smaller scale work-in-progress. Its a Callaway C12 and well...... just hope it would be slightly cleaner than my E55.....

Whoa, that is huge! Totally dwarfs my 3000x960 mega Miata pic. Definitely taking photo stitching to the extreme. 👍

You said you had a "cleaner" version? I'd like to see it.

Well...... its not exactly "clean" so to speak, its just that I removed the background and did a black background and also cleaned up some of the jagged/rough edges. Its still ugly though.... If you still want to see it, let me upload it onto dA and I'll PM you the link. :)

what a great photo stitching job man. How long did that take you?
Again, I said around July/August last year so like it took probably a month to do. :P The stitching took about a week while the cleaning up..... is that long. I think I spend almost 40/50+ hours on that photo.....

If everyone is still interested on me finishing this monster, I guess I could give it another try and edit part by part.....
(I still have the PSD file, so I don't have to start from scratch.....)

i still see a few jaggies here and there, but how you stitched all that and why is wayy beyond me. i wanna edit it though if you dont mind? the solstic is pretty cool though. and it's blue!

Well if you want to, why not. :D Actually I did want to ask some of you guys to try and edit the photo for me, but I guess it kinda slipped out of my mind..... :(
Well i hope you guys could wait for my big update. I'm just having a few problems with the photo right now. Been editing for weeks and i just don't know when can i complete it. If any guys here want to help me out with my update, i would be glad to let you edit my photo (but be warned, even the pros could have a hard time editing it....)
(I could actually show it back then, but I guess I was kinda shy about it.....)

Anyways, thanks guys for visiting my gallery. Not as popular as the other galleries, but I still show my interest in GT4 (while many others have already moved up to GT5P) and I will continue playing GT4 until my PS2 eventually dies..... :ill:

This is my entry for the Photomode Tournament for the PMC side and as everyone knows, my entry got overshadowed by Slick6's shot of the 787B. So as to anyone who has seen it, please comment about it here and tell me where are my mistakes, why I got overshadowed and help me to improve this photo further. As to anyone who hasn't seen the entry yet, you can look at it now in my gallery. :)

good colors, the blue stands out nicely, and goes well with the road, i was gonna enter an aston martin shot for the tournament in the same angle, but brighter, which was one of your mistakes in that picture, the shadows would of been okay with a bit more exposure. the other and perhaps the biggest mistake you did, was that the car is totally out of focus, and that's what killed it to be honest. that's what i see and if the focus on the car was good, it would of had a good potential.

(sorry for not replying to your post earlier jg, but I totally understand what your saying. I was just disappointed that no one else was going to reply to my shot.... :()

Well, its been awhile since I updated my gallery, and nothing much has changed since my last post here (well, maybe a lot has changed in GTP, but not much in the GT4 gallery sub forum) and I just want to say that, its been disappointing really to see very little people active around here. I mean I know there used to be a lot more people involved in updating their gallery and entering comps, but now only a handful is doing that. Here is my recent entry in the UEC and PMC comp as well as a preview of my current work:

(Just please visit and comment on anything you like, please, don't just visit and leave my gallery. Why is my gallery so unpopular compared to others? :()

Edit: Okay, the update is up! :D

Wow, I am very impressed at your PMC entry. It is really out of your style and it is really a fantastic shot.
The unedited one is also good, nothing impressive like the PMC one.
I am only going to comment on your preview shot once finished, but let me say, you got quite a lot of work to be done.
