RVT - Red Venom Tuning Garage - Shutdown

Well I think I did pretty good since this is my 3rd favorite car. I just posted at suzuka a 2'25.695 putting in rank 27th. the online record is 2'21.442. Trust me when I say this, I like challenger and I know this beast is one but I am all up for it. I know I could do better with this car...I am gonna try and see if I can come close to top "TEN". Any help and setups would be appreciated since I love this car and I like to race some people out there that hates this AMG. /:P

Alright i'll post mine up, its made to make the car quite easy to drive if you keep to its limits. It will run 2:22s quite easy in 600PP. Slow for 600 but i'm not putting large amounts of time into it.

Thanks Dragon, you are the man!
Like I promised here is the review for Ferrari 599RVT (I will keep it simple)

First thing's first......It's got a v12 engine and my God it's fast. Dragon made sure too keep that intact with it's excellent balance and speed. Gears are perfect but you still need to watch speed as it goes from 2nd gear to 3rd gear specially in Suzuka. I've kept 3rd gears in all tight corners expect for the U one where I had to drop to 2nd....wheel spinned like crazy!:P Overall this is a very good tune....everything on the car is right and almost perfect if it wasn't for the 2nd and 3rd gear but I know it can't get better than this since the car has so much power and torque.
9/10
Good Job Dragon...this car is the best tuned Ferrari 599 out of all garages. Trust me I've tested them all! :P

You're gonna have to wait on that AMG tune im racing in the Forums race right now, itll be here tomorrow morning at latest.

Fast, simple 750PP motoring at it's best, strap yourself in because this Mines can deliver a deadly blow. The cars primary design was to create something fun, fast and easy, and we here at RVT stick to our aims. Capable of staggering lap times thanks to a great torque split preset by Mines and new suspension set up, the BNRVT will happily run under the average lap time of most cars with enough aggression behind the wheel. I mean aggression, this car likes to be pushed and thrown around, and you'll do it with a huge smile on your face. Get ready to feel the boost and hear that beautiful RB engine roar.
Notes: Don't be fooled into thinking this cars to easy because it's an AWD, this car will keep your adrenaline pumping. Not the fastest car in class on the corners, but you can get the power down harder and earlier then most, allowing it to compete in top level races even though it's still not best in class.

Well just raced online in Suzuka600pp...beat one of the GTP members...GTP_Putty, also racing was AdutWU and KTC_World..beat them all with this setup. See it only takes a crazy driver like me to beat a R8 and SubaruSTIAWD. Wow I feel great now!

Glad you enjoyed it. Cus I didn't! i really dont like the SL55 for race day. Not to bad to cruise in but it's still no race car.

Protocell, can you start using the edit button instead of posting twice one after another?

It's not something that annoys me but it's the forum rules so you could end up in trouble if you keep doing it. Just a warning for you.

Ohh...oops..no problem! Thanks for the heads up! Yeah I loved this tune bro it's so much better than mine. Right now I am working for a BMW M3 tune.....at least trying. I wanna race this bad boy in Zuzuka600pp.

Hey, Dragon, I'm thinking for this week's Cup race event of changing the car to the Ford GT LM, seeing as both TLD and 888 have tunes already made for it.
Would you be interested in providing a tune for the Cup?

You just became my favorite person in the whole wide universe :D

Haha, it was in no way an attempt to make Dragon give away secrets, just innocently asking for another tune for the Cup :)

Edit: Oh, I see, you have been asking for this event for a while, lol. Maybe I subconsiously thought of your post when working out what to do with the Cup event :)

Hi dragonistic, is there any remote chance you might tune a DB9 for the 600pp at suzuka? Me and a friend are really into this car but no nowt on tuning. thanks.

I already have a DB9 tune of sorts, not much good though, was ust a personal build to get the car reasonable.

Dragon........I have another request for you. This one I think you should like alot....BMW M3 Tune. Please. All your tunes have been great and I've drove and drove them all. Trust me when I say this.....your tunes are way better. So if you could give me a nice tune for BMW M3 600ppSuzuka, I would appreciate alot. Thanks in advance.

It would also depend on what type of tuning you are looking for. Not all garages have the same tuning philosophy. Mine for instance is based on stability and ease of handling during online races, which may not necessarily be the fastest in free run. Others may tune for pure speed, or a perhaps a combination of the two, or even something completely different. So 'good', 'bad', 'better' or 'worse' are definitely subjective terms.

Exactly, no one tune can satisfy everyones needs.

Surely the better tuners are the ones that do it for what the person has requested rather than their own needs?

That doesn't mean the tuners any better or worse, all large tuning companys make certain styles and types of cars. Then the customer goes to them knowing they get say a light nimble car instead of a hugely powerful car. The customer comes to us asking for a tune, just because we try to make it, doesn't mean it'll be the best for that customer even, another tune could do a better job.

My most highly rated tune, the RVT Amuse S2000, was made purely for myself before I even opened up shop.

You can add another win for the SL 👍
But its true that merc isn't made for racing, or they messed up the pp... Its wayyy to heavy, although fun driving !

changed gears to 3.050, but doesn't really make a difference i reckon :sly:

posted this in TLD, 888, and dutch customs (sorry if spamming), been reading around for a couple weeks now... been working on S-10

interested in tunes for the gtlm, mine's, tuned evo x, and amuse, perhaps even tuned z06. i use standard settings, and i like the AWD because i HATE spinning out. I like to brake hard into turns, then accelerate fast out of them. ive noticed though that the z06 behaves well. I also have a wheel, if that makes a difference. and, of course, i'm limited to R1 tires.

regards,
Kris

Have you even tried other people's tunes on the same cars?

Yep....got 3 tunings from you....and they are great! :P For some reason Dragon makes his tunings so easy to drive and still fast enough to compete.

Please in no way I said that the other garages is no good...I respect you all and my God if it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't be able to compete online without the right tune for the right car!
