Strange, never had that problem before. If no-one's managed to access it by this evening, I'll re-upload from my PS3 👍

Which extract program were you using - I'm getting this more and more these days with WinRAR and might want to make a change.

Yep, I get a corruption message when I try to extract but could review an NTSC replay if I could get to it.
 
I was using the default windows one. Also have winrar, but don't use it that often.

That's the way it goes sometimes, same with me last week, but as the guys said to me...you were the fastest guy to follow the rules and submit a clean replay, that makes you the winner. Congratulations mate, well deserved. As Matt would say, "Class Act!" :cheers:

I have submitted with a slight touch (I think) in the rush to submit within the time frame.
Not having checked it before submitting, is foolish.:dunce:
Sorry guys, if this format is to be used again, I will give myself time to check to replay before submitting.

If any one wants to verify this I will post the replay, but I'm sure enough that it is a touch, to post this message.

Thanks for taking responsibility on your own.

I thought HSR was a good fit for this format, since you can get a reasonably quick time in short work. But the last turn can be so tricky for replay checking, that I don't think I'll use it here again.

Checked one replay last night, at the request of another participant.

Wall touch in the last turn, speed drop from 95 to 94, back up again, at the apparent point of impact. He's on the throttle at the time. It's VERY close, I think I watched it 15 times last night, forward view, reverse view, cockpit view. But all indicators point to a slight touch.
 
no worries, i knew i came close but i didn't think i touched the wall, rather be dq'd than win with a dirty lap. well congrats to spyrrari on the podium win 👍

I'm not very familiar with the replay system. I just watch it as is (live).
How do you go reverse, forward... ?

Holding L1 (Top left trigger) allows you to view the car from the front as it drives forward (Reverse View).

Square and X bring up the HUD for gauges, etc. and take it out of panoramic view and bring you to a normal point of view. The select button allows you to change the viewpoint. (Cockpit, bumper cam, behind car, etc.)

I'll have a look at your replay tonight and let you know.

Well what a turn out this week...

Not a nice way to win,but atleast i won because i made 101% sure i submitted a clean lap(most important),wich whas not my fastest one....

I have been in the same situation in an other TT competition where i turned in my quickest lap but whas not 100% sure it whas clean...whas DQ'ed for the same thing(also HSR and also in that same corner)guess i learned from that one eh?...

GTP_01GTP's replay is Clean and Green, great lap 👍

GTP_NicoTexas's replay is Dirty. Wall touch in final corner, As the car slides toward the wall you can see it suddenly take the line of the wall, (slight change in direction) and their is a speed bobble from 94 to 93 and back quickly at the same time

I was thinkink I just touched the rumble strips because I didn't feel a touch wall at this moment. Arf...

About as close to the wall as you can get without a touch. :scared:

I was right with you at T1 and T2, but too scared of that last corner. Nice run (But a little scary).

This one's official now, but not without it's casualties. Please take this as a lesson remembered, next time we visit HSR.

I knew that last corner was pretty darn close, I checked the replay several times and from different angles just to be sure there was no touch, but yes it was quite :scared:

Cheers Phil 👍, I think I've won my division once before, I'll have to have a look through the archive. Although this weeks win only happened because of Nico's DQ, but damn... I'll take it!!

And bad luck to NicoTexas, that last corner is a swine!!


EDIT: After checking the archive my first divisional win was week 32 with the 599 @ Fuji

This is probably the major reason why I dislike HSR. It's just boring boring boring for most of the lap and then you tap the wall in the final corner. Repeat until you fall off chair or lose your mind.
