Which extract program were you using - I'm getting this more and more these days with WinRAR and might want to make a change.

Yep, I get a corruption message when I try to extract but could review an NTSC replay if I could get to it.

I thought HSR was a good fit for this format, since you can get a reasonably quick time in short work. But the last turn can be so tricky for replay checking, that I don't think I'll use it here again.

Checked one replay last night, at the request of another participant.

Wall touch in the last turn, speed drop from 95 to 94, back up again, at the apparent point of impact. He's on the throttle at the time. It's VERY close, I think I watched it 15 times last night, forward view, reverse view, cockpit view. But all indicators point to a slight touch.

Holding L1 (Top left trigger) allows you to view the car from the front as it drives forward (Reverse View).

Square and X bring up the HUD for gauges, etc. and take it out of panoramic view and bring you to a normal point of view. The select button allows you to change the viewpoint. (Cockpit, bumper cam, behind car, etc.)

Well what a turn out this week...

Not a nice way to win,but atleast i won because i made 101% sure i submitted a clean lap(most important),wich whas not my fastest one....

I have been in the same situation in an other TT competition where i turned in my quickest lap but whas not 100% sure it whas clean...whas DQ'ed for the same thing(also HSR and also in that same corner)guess i learned from that one eh?...

About as close to the wall as you can get without a touch.

I was right with you at T1 and T2, but too scared of that last corner. Nice run (But a little scary).

This one's official now, but not without it's casualties. Please take this as a lesson remembered, next time we visit HSR.

Cheers Phil 👍, I think I've won my division once before, I'll have to have a look through the archive. Although this weeks win only happened because of Nico's DQ, but damn... I'll take it!!

And bad luck to NicoTexas, that last corner is a swine!!

This is probably the major reason why I dislike HSR. It's just boring boring boring for most of the lap and then you tap the wall in the final corner. Repeat until you fall off chair or lose your mind.
