I think that the only news we will be getting in the next few days/weeks are the one from the GT Academy -.-
If PD would just give us one of the show demos ... it would be like christmas :(

Hmkay guys, looks like we could wait a little longer than we tought...an excerpt from a new interview:
BT I have tried the demo yesterday. It was found that the damage was present but not yet quite realistic because the cars do not deteriorate completely when you hit hard.
Kazunori Yamauchi: We are still in development and actually, we still have much work on this aspect of the game.

There you have it folks.:nervous:
At least the article said you can drive in the rain and that the game will feature a day and night cycle.

That was at the time of TGS...

The quote where he references an opinion posited by a different member..? The opinion being that, since we've not seen any damage models since November, perhaps it's still being worked on?

As I mentioned, and anyone who cared enough to read my entire post, would've noticed, I was talking precisely about that video from 9th of january. To me that is not old. That same video is my source, proof sample, example whatever you wanna call it, that back ups my words. Since the discussion started from it I did not find it necessary to embed it in every post regarding it.

Note where it doesn't say "snoopybg", but does say "anyone"?

It does say anyone but in a post where you quoted my words, right?

I expect your answer, but this is my last post on that matter.

but this is my last post on that matter.

Dandy.

Now that THAT'S done (that's speculative, and in no way a fact for I know how people keep bickering. i'm just hoping it's done), Congrats to all the GTPer's with top times on the TT. Best of luck to you all 👍👍

The stage 2 events start very soon so hopefully the GTPers or their guests will be able to report back here about it. More importantly lets hope some GTPers get through to the stage 3 event at Silverstone.

In accordance with step 2 of my how to admit your wrong guide; What source do you have to show that video was a new build? Why would they show a new build in Taiwan instead of showcasing it at the Tokyo Auto Salon in the game's home country, where KY was present?

It's the same build we saw at TGS in September, Ferrari 458 Italia on Tokyo, a grid with 10 cars and damage is turned on.

But thats besides the point, we havn't seen full race car damage yet, and the road car damage could still be under development too.

You don't need to reply, because there is no evidence it is a new build.
