I ran one of the car for one hour yesterday night 0:30 to 1:30 -had a very big day- and here is my overall updated :

Good news for me : I manage to have two one-hour-breaks this afternoon to be able to play ! (look what this game is doing to us... ) But that might be all for the rest of the challenge... Good luck guys !

I'm leaving a lot of time out on the track - at least one second per car. I had a failed strategy this week. With a little bit more than two days to race, I focused too much on the stock IS 200. Part of it was because I have a tenuous lead over easyblast in the stock challenge; the other part was the fact that the stock Lexus is so hard to keep from loosing grip and sliding. The race car handles like a dream and I could have cut a full second to a second and a half off my submission... if only I had given it more attention and time. Ah well, live and learn!

, sorry- that you guys are still in the 2'02.xxx with the stock car because I have a 2'01.752 and a 2'01.786 with better 2 first splits so I assumed you had a 2'01.5xx ! Well, I am happy ! Finally faster than PiTch_ ! I think I had a lucky tuning and I did spend most of the time with the stock ! See you next challenge !

i done this in the last 2 hours and i just too tired to keep going, i recon that a little bit of more traccion control with the stock car would gave me the so desired 2.01.xxx, and the race car i dont know the settings for it , i knew that is something to do with the ride heigth , of course i tried diferent settings but the resut it was always the same, so nice job everyone , specially easyblast, nice run

I had a very busy work week, then they sent me to Los Angeles to support a customer. The time I normally work on improving my time, was spent driving to L.A. I wish I had more time for this one, I thought I could keep the pressure on Barny, but I just didn't have enough time.

Mate I feel your pain. I was hoping for more of an effort from myself this challenge too, but things change and life can get bloody busy. Look at it this way, if your not earning it, your spending it. 👍

Ok guys, everything has been updated.
Overheating barely held his place in the Stock Car Championship, only edging out Barny by 4 thousandths of a second. Barny reclaimed his lost position in the Race Car Championship with a commanding lead, which allowed him to move back into 4th in the Overall Championship.
Easyblast regained 2nd place in the Stock Car Championship, placing Detroit at a half-second disadvantage going into the final round.
Pitch still leads overall, with only 3 and a quarter seconds covering the Overall Championship podium. For having already participated in 8 different events, 3 seconds is a very minor difference! You top 3 guys have kept it very tight up there.
So the final challenge is in the Honda S800 and S800 race car. And I'm happy to say you guys were pretty far off on your guesses about the track! We're headed to Suzuka West for the final showdown. Good luck guys!

DEFINITELY getting GT5. Can't wait for it. I'll have to give the GTP Registry qualifier a shot sometime soon.

I'm not quite sure yet. Easyblast and I have been throwing ideas back and forth, but since Drifttime seems to want to give his little series a shot, I think we may just wait until his stuff is done before we set up another set of challenges.
