The certificates are from the Honda Event on Suzuka and the Nordschleife, this one doesn't reward you a certificate, for the Suzuka and Nordschleife timetrials they haven't mailed them yet.

Ah yes sorry I forgot the events, yes you are right Honda events will send the certificate thanks. I am waiting too.
