I said I stopped tuning it, didn't say I was done with it, by any measure. It still needs to have the mid-corner push fixed, for a start. I can do that with the dampers if I knew how…but I don't.

Not if everything in TMax suddenly has 700hp. Although from what I've heard, you can help me with that. ;) Ok maybe not.

 I've chosen to run a new car for the next Tmax...
6Bhp less and 50Kg's heavier than my GT-R which ran 571Bhp

Also I've tuned Mats Tmax entry too :)

I find 700+Bhp car's lack something that the sub 600Bhp cars have on the Touge...

Is it still the R35?

What is it? Brakes? Control?

Nope I've left the R35 alone  I'm happy enough with that car now.
I'm still running a turbocharged 4WD :sly:

The 700+Bhp Touge car's just don't have the sense of handling ability as well as character the lower Bhp car's have when tuning them. Like my new car's tune at it's current Bhp is perfect, But as soon as i try to add more power the car is terrible to even try and drive.

T300 im in a Mazda, T-max I wanna sign up for but if i get in I've already decided my car. Its better than my T300 stock @ 300hp too bad its engine is a little too big.

I still am not sure of my T300 car. I'm just waiting on these T200 results so I can get back on the touge since I've been busy with Wangan lately in the run up to Wangan Masters Tournament's 6th season, which will employ a completely new structure of classes and perhaps scoring.

Hopefully Tak gets in gear and we get the T200 results today....

The chances of me winning the lottery is higher than the chances of getting the results out within a reasonable time.

Sorry Tak. Ok, if you get it done by the weekends, everyone here will chip in to keep you subscribed (or whatever it is) for a year's worth of Hot Version, so GO! FOR A YEAR OF HV! GO!

Anyway…uhh…not much to say, really. I've no clue what anyone else is running though, and I've gotten floppy at the track. So yea, no TMax for me, I guess.

Think my T300 car is pretty much ready. Doubt it will be a contender speed wise but do think it will be a very good drive.:)

GTPlanet TOUGE SAIKYOU DENSETSU Round 2 Touge 200 Results and Video

*Note: Video and Photos coming soon after post is updated and most Pros for Tak were mostly shared with Shadow so it's a reason why there's not much for him.*
The Judging total points will go from: Tak, OSE/Shadow, Mat.

1st Position
XDesperado67 – Hommel Berlinette R/S Coupe ‘99
Sector Time: 34.476

Shadow Impressions: A French car on the Touge… Well looks wise it’s not a pretty thing but once you take it out for a drive it changes into a whole other animal. The grip is fantastic & the rotation is spot on, But I did find I was getting some Oversteer on exiting some of the tighter turn’s. Apart from this minor problem I cannot fault this car.

Tak Impressions: This car felt like a MR-S and Elise. The car was really maneuverable and ran decently well. The car did oversteer a bit but I didn't mind since the Touge is more fun that way.

Mat Impressions: Epic. Just epic. The car is really fast acceleration-wise, and the cornering performance is just amazing! The car feels very well planted to the ground unlike the others for some reason. I took me a while to realize that I've actually passed the sector checkpoint, since the car was just too much fun! Haha!

Pros:
Shadow
- Great Rotation
- Great Grip and Balance
- Good Transmission Ratios
Mat
- Great Overall feel
- Stable
- Great cornering performance
- Great Suspension Tuning
- Fast acceleration
- Well tuned
- Very fun to drive
- Effective rear wing
Tak
- Oversteer that made the car useful for Short Drifts at certain sections

Cons:
- Mild Oversteer on exit of tight turns(Shadow)
- May be a bit loose if you push it too much(Mat)
- None(Tak)
Scores: 100, 99, 100 = 299

2nd Position
RobRabbitMan - Honda Integra Type R (DC2) '99
Sector time: 34.563

Tak Impressions: This car was amazing! Transmission would match at certain section and the car would dive in with no harsh movements. This VTEC is a Monster! The most thing I love was the engine, the engine was good. The Type R Emblem represents the Honda Racing Spirit. The braking was a quick reaction and was perfect. It felt like a Touring Car! Was a little stiff but ran like a Type R.

Shadow Impressions: Another FWD Honda in the form of the DC2 Integra Type R from Rob has got me in the mood for some good VTEC screams. The car has a good amount of speed & grip and I was impressed by the lack of wheelspin on corner exits. However I felt the car needs more rotation in some of the turns as I was pulling out much wider than Snake’s EG6.

Mat Impressions: Pretty good, if I do say so myself. Acceleration is pretty good, but I somehow feel that the suspension could have been refined. The car tends to pull wide on the corners though. The balance and feel is pretty good!

Pros:
Tak
- Great Brakes
- Great Engine
- Good Suspension and Rotation
- Runs like a Honda!
- Feels like a Touring Car
Shadow
- Good Grip & Balance
- Good L.S.D. Tuning
Mat
- Great balance
- Good acceleration
- Good suspension tuning

Cons:
- Runs kind of stiff(Tak)
- Needs More Rotation(Shadow)
- Front end tends to go wide(Mat)
Scores: 100, 99, 97 = 296

3rd Position
Slender_Man(Shadow) - Toyota MR-S V Edition '02
Sector time: 34.079

Tak Impressions: Since I'm in charge of tuning the Maou MR-S, I decided to compare a bit in terms of tuning concepts. This MR-S is quite fast and marks a familiar time as the Maou MR-S. I like how the car didn't have a really hard rear feel like the Maou and was still stable. It felt a little stiff.

Shadow Impressions: On choosing this small mid-ship car I went for overall balance with a good amount of grip whilst trying to maintain the fun factor of the car. The Super GT ratio’s from the Superautobacs MR-S feel suited to the track and combined with the L.S.D. it gives great traction on the track. However I have noticed I have a stiff mid-exit setup just like my Touge Max GT-R.

Mat Impressions: Whoa! This car blew me away immediately after I started driving it! The acceleration is tremendous for its power band, and the cornering performance is pretty much spot-on! The balance is good, the LSD is good, the torque kicks in just in time, and it's absolutely stunning, in terms of performance! On some occasions, it may feel a bit stiff though.

Pros:
Tak
- Really Stable
Shadow
- Good Rotation
- Good Transmission
- Great Acceleration & Traction
Mat
- Great acceleration
- Great overall feel
- Great overall balance
- Great cornering performance
- Great amount of grip
- Suspension and LSD work very well
- Stable even at high speeds
- Effective rear wing

Cons:
- May be a bit stiff in mid-corner(Mat)
- Mild Understeer(Mat)
- Little Stiff
- Mild Understeer mid corner(Shadow)
Scores: 96, 99, 99 = 294

4th Position
SolidSnake7735 – Honda Civic SiR II EG6 ‘95
Sector time: 35.285 *34.751 with ATS 3-5 Crossed Mission*

Tak Impressions: This EG6 was really amazing. I can't believe how much information it's given to me while trying out this thing. I decided to run with the ATS Crossed Mission and Stock. I felt the Stock Tranmission was too far apart for the course. I really like the Engine and Suspension. The LSD was setup pretty good too.

Shadow Impressions: I’ll admit I’m not a big fan of FWD tuning but when I Finally got my hands on Snake’s Touge built Civic I was impressed by the work put he had into this car. The car feels kinda stiff when on cold tyres, But once the tyres had warmed up I noticed to full potential of the car. The only thing that lets this car down for me is the Stock transmission as I was having the bounce it of the limiter like a true VTEC child to get any power out of the next gear.

Mat Impressions: I noticed that the whole car has been reworked since season 1 took place. Well, I'm even more satisfied with it now, than before! The understeer has been evidently reduced, the cornering performance has been improved drastically, and lastly, it keeps the same aura an EG should!

Pros:
Tak
- Good Rotation
- Good Grip
- No wheelspin out of tight turns
Shadow
- Good Rotation
- Good Grip
- No wheelspin out of tight turns
Mat
- Drastically reduced understeer
- Great cornering performance
- Great suspension tuning
- Very stable
- Great balance and feel

Cons:
- Stock Transmission(From All Three)
Scores: 97, 98, 98 = 293

5th Position
OnBoy123 – Toyota MR2 Spyder(MR-S) V-Edition ‘02
Sector Time: 34.320

Tak Impressions: This MR2 felt pretty good and fun. The car was really fast and the Crossed Mission matches the course well. The ABS somehow kicked in and had an awkward feel. The car has some oversteer but I enjoyed it with bit of drifting. I notice though the car wasn’t lowered so that was a causing the oversteer. Car might need to be lowered to be more stable, but overall it’s good.

Shadow Impressions: Another 6 speed MR-S in T200, And this one is from Onboy… First thing I noticed that he has chosen to go Wingless with his. Acceleration is great and I was nearly hitting top speed on the main straight. Rotation is spot on, But I felt some stiffness on Mid turn to exit as well as soon oversteer on some of the transitions between turns. Other than this I found the car was very quick.

Mat Impressions: Yet again, another awesome Toyota! This MR2 has really good acceleration. It's perfect for this track. Cornering performance is great, but there's quite a hint of oversteer.

Pros:
Tak
- Good Suspension
- Crossed Mission is perfect!
- Oversteer on some turn transitions but fun for few sections to drift
Shadow
- Great Acceleration
- Good Rotation
Mat
- Great acceleration
- Great cornering performance
- Great suspension tuning
- Great balance even without wing
- Great overall feel

Cons:
- Stiff Mid-Exit of turns(Shadow)
- Oversteer on some turn transitions(Shadow)
- Felt Stiff(Tak)
- Braking feel kicks in(Tak)
- Height needs to be lowered for better stability(Tak)
- Hint of oversteer(Mat)
Scores: 96, 98, 97 = 291

6th Position
Ridox2JZGTE – Nissan Silvia S14 Q's Aero '96
Sector Time: 35.122

Tak Impressions: Like the S13, this my first time driving a S14 on the Touge. This car has really cornering and the suspension, tire and overall balance is great. It's well tuned. It seems though the cross mission might be a little close though. Have to use 3rd gear to drift.

Shadow Impressions: The second S-Chassis on the Touge today is an S14. After a few turns I noticed this car had great balance & grip, Rotation is just right on this car and I thought it was well tuned. Although it had some mild understeer mid corner, I still rate this tune highly, well-tuned

Mat Impressions: The car is pretty much balanced and does very well. However, I find the car to be experiencing some mild understeer from corner entry to middle point. It's very stable and quite impressive.

Pros:
Tak
- Same as Shadow
Shadow
- Good Rotation
- Great Grip and Balance
- Well Tuned
Mat
- Great amount of grip
- Good cornering performance
- Good suspension tuning
- Very stable

Cons:
- Mild understeer in entry up to mid-corner(Mat)
- Acceleration isn't too fast(Mat)
- Mild understeer mid corner(Shadow)
- Gearbox feels little too close(Tak)
Scores: 94, 99, 97 - 290

7th Position
BobbyBRAKEaNek – BMW 120i '04
Sector Time: 34.853

Tak Impressions: This is my first time in a BMW and it felt kind of sluggish but overall was great. The car did oversteer in a few places. Does this car really belong to the Touge though(design-wise)?

Shadow Impressions: Wow the tune on this 1 Series is great. Great speed, Rotation & Acceleration makes this car a good package for the Touge. Bobby has also managed to cure the front heaviness of the car that I seem to find on all BMW’s in the game. However on several turns I was getting oversteer, Not enough to spin out, But enough to slow the car’s exit speed I little bit.

Mat Impressions: For a car like this, it feels really sporty, yet very easy to drive! It doesn't feel too heavy, it corners really good, but it does however, kick in with some oversteer. I do believe that cars like this should have a bit more recognition in these kinds of environment.

Pros:
Tak
- Same as Shadow
Shadow
- Great Rotation
- Great Transmission
- Good Speed
Mat
- Easy to drive
- Great cornering performance
- Great suspension tuning
- Great overall balance
- Great overall feel

Cons:
- Oversteer is often present, if you punch it too early(Mat)
- Oversteer in certain sections(Tak & Shadow)
- Look of the overall design(Tak)
Scores: 93, 98, 99 - 290

8th Position
R1600Turbo – Nissan Silvia S13 Q's '91
Sector Time: 35.160

Tak Impressions: This is my first time driving a S13 on the Touge and I really like the overall feel of this car. The car is a good tuning base! The cornering and LSD work well that it's a perfect setup for courses like this. The car did lack in terms of acceleration but I like it. The Cross Mission was quite good too! I prefer this for the Special Award.

Shadow Impressions: Being a fan of the S-Chassis I was looking forward to testing an S13 on the Touge. This S13 has good grip and L.S.D. and I found the slight looseness on corner exits to be quite enjoyable, But I found the suspension to be a bit stiff on entry…
Accelaration wise is okay but on the uphill parts of the track I found it sluggish and 4th gear I found to be a bit long (That maybe down to PD’s ratio’s in game). I also believe that this tune with more power would make a fun drift car.

Mat Impressions: Well, the first thing I noticed was the sluggish 4th gear upon tackling the main straight. Putting that aside, the car did great in the corners. The suspension and LSD were very well put together! The car does tend to feel a bit stiff on entry though. One thing I did enjoy though is how relaxed you feel when driving this car.

Pros:
Tak
- Good Overall feel
- Has Maximum Traction
- Suspension Balance was good
- Cross Mission was good!
Shadow
- Good Rotaion
- Good L.S.D. Tuning
Mat
- Very stable
- Great suspension
- Great overall balance
- Great amount of grip
- Great to drive

Cons:
- Stiff on entry(Mat)
- 4th gear is quite sluggish(Mat)
- Lacks in terms of acceleration(Tak)
- Slightly sluggish on uphill sections(Shadow)
- Bit Stiff in corner Entry(Shadow)
Scores: 95, 95, 98 - 288

9th Position
TakumiFuji01 – Honda CRX SiR '90
Sector Time: 35.027

Tak Impressions: This is a CRX that Snake donated for me after I retired my Roadster. The car was tuned mainly for Short Courses and Akina. The Cross Mission was based on ATS 3-5. I really like the Engine and how well it could run.

Shadow Impressions: Tak has brought a CRX to the Touge and my initial impression of the car was that its acceleration is very good. In the turns I thought the car was a bit soft in the front end causing the car to push wide mid turn on some of the tighter turns. The rotation is good on the car as well, I also believe 5th gear could be a little bit longer.

Mat Impressions: In terms of acceleration, it does pretty good! In cornering however, it tends to push during corner entry and exit. Aside from that, I guess 5th gear could have been longer, since it nearly reaches its limit on the main straight. Nonetheless, great car!

Pros:
Tak
- Good Suspension
- Crossed Mission was good
- Amazing Motor
Shadow
- Good Rotation
- Good Acceleration
Mat
- Good acceleration
- Good cornering

Cons:
- 5th gear felt too short for main straight away(All Three)
- A bit soft(Shadow)
- Tends to push in corner entry and exit(Mat)
Scores: 95, 95, 98 - 288

10th Position
JC18137 – Daihatsu MIRA TR-XX Avanzato R '97
Sector Time: 34.989

Tak Impressions: This is my first time driving a Daihatsu and this car seemed okay. The car was quite stiff and it had a bit of understeer. I really like the concept of a Kei's Car on the Touge though.

Shadow Impressions: Now I’ve seen and raced against JC’s car for a while now but never fully tested one of his creations, Until now that is….. JC has picked a Kei car for this class and I thought it had very good acceleration for its size. Rotation was good but I felt it was quite stiff in the turns as well as the front end being pulled wide mid turn…

Mat Impressions: Well, this is weird. I've never really thought anyone would enter a Kei-car. Haha! Well, it feels pretty scary, actually. Finding the braking points were really tricky with this car. On some occasions, the car would end up going wide, even with my foot completely off the gas. Nonetheless, it's a very unique choice and a very exciting car to drive.

Pros:
Tak
- Good Car
Shadow
- Good Acceleration
Mat
- Really quick for its base
- Exciting to drive

Cons:
- Stiff(All Three)
- Felt Dull(Tak)
- Pulling wide mid turn(Shadow)
Scores: 93, 94, 95 - 281

Uhh…Tak. One thing…I got 97, 98, 98 for my scores, with a total of 291. Snake got 97, 98, 98 with a total of 293. :P The latter is the correct answer for 97 + 98 + 98, so fix that. :P

Fixed your total numbers :P Wasn't checking my book(Yep, I wrote them down :P)

Now it's just waiting to see if "La Cauchemar" had enough pace to beat those pesky MR-S.
Thanks for the great reviews and score guys and I'm happy that the car is a driving favorite, would just like to see it be a race winner as well.
Oh and no ABS FTW!:crazy::gtpflag:

Well I'd hoped we'd finally get to see the Season 2 T200 finals today...guess Tak got lost...
